Sandpiper Cove Vaca

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. We loved the underneath bar area with seating, porch swings and TV. beach area. It was a great place to gather with our family and friends. Close to pool and beach area. We will definitely stay there again.

Get away….

Location was perfect! Pool and hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights with the kiddos. Place was clean. Really just lacked extra covers, kitchen utensils and simple supplies.

A great family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fantastic. The condo was super clean. The complex is conveniently located to fun restaurants and activities. The beach is a short walk across the street. We did have one small hiccup- the air conditioner quit working after a storm but it was fixed within 2 hours after reporting the problem. It was great service.

My new favorite vacation spot!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was very cozy, and had a lot of variety in activities and restaurants nearby! I would suggest bringing a wagon of some sort to transport beach equipment, but it's only a five minutes walk and only one intersection to maneuver! The hot tubs are very nice, but they definitely close at 10pm. Quiet, relaxing stay! The type of spot where you're thrilled to have coffee out on the porch and listen to the birds sing. We even saw dolphins one morning while we were on the beach watching the sunrise. If you go to the beach, be sure to grab a drink from the bar, Jeff makes 'em strong!! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed the stay. Its not our first time at Sand Piper but first time in unit 24! Let me tell you ot was more than enough room. I did have one problem the sofa bed was broken and no one showed up to fix it. The reason I know this bc a family member was hm the entire time sick and i had to spend extra money to get air mattress to accomodate the extra guest. But all in all the weather was great, the property was well managed, and my family had a blast! Unit 24 hand up is the best and look forward to staying again!

More Than We Could Have Imagined

The location to the beach was excellent. The outdoor porch area was where we spent a lot of time. The swing, grill and the tv outside made it a great spot to hang out.

could uses some cleaning and updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of this condo and the air worked great!! Never did it get hot in the heat of the day. This condo needs updated. When you travel with family there needs to be a tv in every bedroom. Also needs a side table and lamp in living room. No place to sit you cup of coffee and a little light instead of the ceiling fan light. The Patio door of right does NOT lock. Does not even line up to lock. There are several floor tiles that need to be replaced. The rugs are all very dirty and could use a good cleaning or replace them. We had trouble with the locks right away, we had to get maintenance to come fix door lock, was only the battery, but he was very friendly and fixed for us. The bathroom in the garage would have been nice to be able to use but OMG It was filthy, NO WAY I would let my family use it. That whole garage is really a mess and has a smell. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper there was a huge **** roach in it, then another one in one of the bedrooms, so my kids were scared to sleep. It would have been nice to be able to use the grill that was on the patio, but per the rules it says you were not able to use it. This could be a really nice condo if things were taken care of. We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for 5 years now and have stayed in some really nice condos. For the price alone and the issues I would pass on this condo until things are taken care of. Hope this review helps to get things updated.

We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for 30 years and have stayed in some really nice condos. For the price alone and the issues I would pass on this condo until things are taken care of. Would I rent again if it was updated a big yes. So please take this review as a help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable space from a family of 12. Rooms was nice size, only the kitchen was a little small. But the property description was accurate really a little more than I expected. Every thing was clean and fresh. I have stay at Sandpiper Cove several time, I think this is my 5th visit. This unit furniture was a little worn. Here was comfortable. Good customer was given. Yes, I always recommend Sandpiper Cove to family and friends.
