🗓️ For Mid-Term Reservations:
For all reservations longer than 28 nights, we require the completion of a lease agreement 📝. In addition, a background and credit check 🔍💳 will be conducted to ensure a smooth and secure stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. For all mid-term stays, an additional deep cleaning fee of $170 applies.

This listing is for the upper unit only. The basement is unoccupied and used for storage. There is a tenant on the other side of the duplex, so while we strive to provide a peaceful and quiet stay, there may be occasional noise from the neighboring unit. We appreciate your understanding and are confident this won’t impact the comfort of your stay. 🏡


🗓️ For Mid-Term Reservations:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties. For all mid-term stays, an additional deep cleaning fee of $170 applies.
No parties or large gatherings.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We use Minut to enhance guest experience
Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
