My family and I had an amazing time at the Blue Pearl. We had arrived in fenwick a couple of hours early and they were extremely accommodating and allowed us in hours early. The house was in great condition when we aroved and only minutes walk from the beach. The balcony was very accessible and great place to spend time. All the bedrooms were great and loved the kitchen as well. All the different tools and things around the house that they already have made living here for a week very easy and saved us trips to the grocery store.Overall if was an amazing stay and enjoyed every second at the Blue Pearl!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 9 adults and 2 babies . It was a very spacious home within walking distance to the beach, mini golf and stores. Very nice neighborhood.

Perfect place for our group of families. We had 6 adults, 4 kids 5yo&under. The house was beautiful, updated and in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the multiple streaming TVs and ping pong table for kiddos. The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the vacation home. The property itself was as expected and provided a comfortable place for our visit.The main area for improvement was the cleanliness upon arrival. The oven and refrigerator required a significant amount of cleaning, and the floors did not appear to have been swept prior to our arrival. We also found a beach towel stuffed into one of the sofas and another under a bed. In addition, there was visible sand in the pullout sofa once the cushions were removed.That said, Melanie, the property manager, was wonderful. She was very responsive and attentive, and even stopped by personally to see if she could help resolve an issue. We really appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to assist.Overall, we had a good experience. My main recommendation would be to hold the cleaning crew to a higher standard and ensure the home receives a more thorough cleaning and inspection before guests arrive. With that improvement, this would be a place we would be happy to consider staying at again.

The house was every nice and spacious. We only had one issue when we arrived they forgot to take out the trash so they house had a smell, but once we took the trash out the house smelled fine. Everything else in the house was every clean and neat. A great place to stay!

Property is in a very nice, convenient location for a relaxed Ocean City beach vacation, and there was plenty of room for all three families. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house when we arrived (sand still in the sheets and a dirty tub,) as well as a broken fan (half of it was hanging out of the ceiling, and the property manager asked for our assistance in removing it.) However, these issues did not greatly impact our vacation
