The best part of the condo was the view of the ocean. It was a clean place. Host was responsive. It was too cold to get into the pool but it was a nice pool area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located (within 2-3 miles, some a lot closer). The master bedroom mattress was great.

Great location!

We have stayed in this building before, but this specific unit is very nice! It was very clean and nicely updated. With 2 kids under 4 we love how close it is to go back and forth between the beach and the pool and back up to the room to take breaks. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Highly recommend this property. Location is close to shopping & restaurants but when you're on the on the beach it feels miles away from everything. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The views are amazing. I'll be back!

The check in office was only 5 minutes from the location, so not inconvenient at all in my opinion. The view alone made this worth every cent.

Awesome view

We really loved the updates on this condo. Condo was really clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. Only negative thing is that the sign for complex is really hard to see at night. I missed the turn a few times. Sign and drive needs to be better lit at night.

Our new home away from home!

After several visits to OBX, we finally found the perfect place for us to stay when we’re there! Fabulous views from the windows & deck, very clean & well maintained inside the condo as well as the entire building, a very short walk to the beach, & a central location to all of the fun activities in the area as well as grocery stores & shops. Inside the condo, it’s very quiet & insulated well from other units, the mattresses were clean & VERY comfortable, & the other furniture was lovely & comfy too. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & appliances, & everything functioned well. I loved the deep sink. Bathrooms were lovely & clean as well. Just an all-around great experience! We’re already looking forward to returning next summer!

Beautiful sunrise views from the balcony. Our rental kitchen was recently renovated. The beds and couch left a little to be desired. The rental was clean although there were a couple of towels left from the previous tenants. We had a great stay and enjoyed relaxing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good experience. The pool was extremely dirty and sand all over the pool deck from the wind. No one ever came to clean until Friday. I guess for the new guests arriving on Saturday. Also, this condo needs to replace the beds.

short but sweet stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love how close the balcony is to the beach. In fact, the overall location is great since its in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and nicely decorated - thanks! The only compaint i have is the pile of dirty laundry that was stored directly outside our door in the hallway. I also like the privacy - having plenty of linens was great and if we needed anything - customer service was just a phone call away. I did not call often, but when i did - your staff was very kind and helpful. I will definately refer this affordable and nice spot to friends and family. As long as I get my reimbursement from the travellers insurance (due to mandatory evacuation ), I will be back next summer.

Main bathroom door don't latch. Other than that it was excellent. Great view.
