Nestled in the heart of Townville, the Cozy Cove Cabin is a one bedroom, one bath, lofted style barn that's located on Lake Hartwell. Secluded on a dead-end road, private, quiet little place is a perfect getaway from the city. This small cabin is great for tournament fisherman looking for a quiet and safe place to hide out till fishing time. It is 10min from Green pond landing, 5min from Broyles landing 15min from Clemson University for those exciting home games. 25min to downtown Anderson and 35min to Greenville. The Cozy Cove Cabin is located on 1 1/2 acres and is shared with The Moose Lodge Cabin, This is a lake front property and has about 50" of shoreline (when the lake is up) please check lake levels. There is enough room to park your boat. swim and fish.

ADORABLE!! Love, love,love!!! Best front porch, cutest ,cozy loft, clean, view of the lake, what more could you want!!!??!! The host was accommodating and available, and responsive! Really great!

The cabin is very cute and the location is serene. However, the only bed that an adult can sleep on is completely unsupportive and broken down on one side. Instead of a box spring, they have an old, stained pillow top mattress that is sagging with a newer mattress on top. My husband and I could not sleep on it together at all and we are not large people. When we let them know we were going to have to find another place to stay in order to get sleep, they were extremely rude and refused any refund at all. I’ve never been treated that rudely by any host and we use the apps for short-term rental many times a year. We are out tow cost of not only 3 nights rental at this place for only one night without much sleep, but also the cost of the replacement lodging at the last minute game weekend rate. I worked through VRBO to lodge my complaint and request for refund, but they left it up to the owner and of course, they did nothing for us. I hope to save others the trouble with this review.

The place was quiet, very clean and cozy. It had all the necessities of home. My only suggestion would be to put a dead bolt locked on the door my wife loved the place but the door was an issue with her, she didn't feel safe

The listing truly doesn’t live up to the actual property!! It’s a tiny home but it never felt that way! It was immaculate in every way, very peaceful, beautiful and perfect inside!! They’ve made this tiny home feel like HOME! The ac was great, the hot water was HOT, the ceiling fan in the bedroom
.i ordered one for my home before I left! It seems close to other people but it was very private, very quiet, off the beaten path but still only minutes from anything you could need!! I 10/10 recommend this property for your get away!! If I’m ever in that area again I will definitely be staying HERE!

So cozy for our overnight

Very sweet rental. We were delighted with how cute the property is and loved walking down to the lake. Loved hanging out on the porch after our son fell asleep. Thank you!

This is a country setting, reminds you of the mountains. Quite, secluded dead-end road. Has creek that runs into lake Hartwell.
