This property is beautiful and located close to everything, yet far enough from the touristy hustle and bustle. Our stay was amazing. The ocean is right out the lanai door, with beautiful sunsets and waves you can watch for hours. Charming resort - plenty to do with racquet sports and a large, clean pool. Our hosts were easily reached and very kind to our family of 4. We had plenty of supplies (e.g., paper products, towels, etc.) and access to amenities. The temperature of the rooms was always comfortable. This is a property we will revisit again the next time we are on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

The ocean is right to your lanai area. The breeze and sound of the ocean was a dream in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and well stocked. Also, they had plenty of beach gear and rackets to keep you busy. The pool is located right across from the condo, and it was clean and relaxing. We didn't use the grills, but they were right next to the pool. I cannot wait to come running to stay here again.

This place was great for our family to stay. Enough room to spread out, place to sit outside and listen to the ocean, and plenty of on-site activities to enjoy. Location was great as well as it's away from the busy area's of Kona but still only a few minutes away from the shops/restaurants.

They had everything you will need to enjoy Hawaii, from snorkel gear to cooking supplies. You will need to buy more toilet paper if you’re staying more than 3 days, they only provide one extra roll in each bathroom. Luckily you have a market just up the hill if you need anything extra.

amazing place to stay

We had a very good time stay in this place. First of all, the property is very clean and all the equipments fromm cooking pots to snorkeling gears looks very new. Secondly, the location of this place. It is very ocean front, it also very close to the community pool and tennis court. I think this place is the best location in this community. It also close to nearby grocery shop and 2 amazing beaches.If we will come back to visit big island again in the near future, we will come back to stay in this place for sure.

Our stay was fantastic and the home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, very well stocked, and the view right on the water is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details and overall experience, everything felt intentional and welcoming.We especially appreciated how comfortable and well-prepared the home was for guests. It made it easy to relax and enjoy the setting. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and mentioned they live there about half the year, which added to the welcoming feel of the area.The only small issue was that when we arrived there was a note about scheduled pest control spraying inside the home. With two small children, I wasn’t comfortable having that done during our stay. However, when the technician arrived and I explained our concern, they were very understanding and had no problem rescheduling it for a later time.Overall, we had an amazing stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others.

The house was very clean, our problem was when I tried to contact the owner to see if we could stay another night, our do a half day rental because our flight was cancelled, there was no response, I tried twice to get a hold of someone. The night before and the morning of, , we were so stressed out trying to figure out what our next plan was. If they dint want to reach out to us they should have reached out to properly management our who ever, to give us an answer.

The unit was fine but I think over priced for value. Considering the high host and service fees I would have expected a cleaner unit with more supplies. The white baseboards were very dirty especially in the bathroom with pubic hair and dirt/dust on them. The bathroom sink was very loose (about ready to break) and the water came out slowly. The shower water came out uneven and the shower drain was clogged with hair. The kitchen was missing some things I’m used to seeing such as baggies, plastic wrap, tin foil etc. I barely had enough toilet paper or paper towels to get through the 2 weeks. The cleaning people did not clean under the couch and the lights on the night stands were very dusty. I stayed two weeks so I noticed a lot! Positives were that the wifi worked great, beds were fine, plenty of bath towels (although only 3 beach towels), AC worked great, ceiling fans nice in each room. Neighbors nice and a nice quiet property. Note: the unit is ocean front but not a beach so the waves crashing against the rocks was very loud so I had to move to the back room to sleep. This is probably only a winter problem with the high surf. Location great and close to what I needed.
