Los Cristianos: appartement de 2 chambres à proximité de la plage

Appartement de 2 chambres à environ 800 mètres (10-15 minutes à pied) de Las Americas, la plage du centre de Los Cristianos. L'appartement est dans le complexe de Summerland, l'endroit est calme, mais situé à proximité de bars, cafés, discothèques et autres divertissements.

L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer d'un côté et sur les montagnes de l'autre côté. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit double confortable et dans la deuxième chambre il y a deux lits simples. Il y a un salon avec un coin cuisine et un canapé confortable. Les clients ont accès au wifi, à la télévision et à tout l'équipement nécessaire. Dehors, il y a une grande piscine récemment rénovée, un endroit pour bronzer avec des chaises longues et un distributeur automatique d'eau douce.

Very nice 2 bed apartment, large balcony, you can view ocean from the balcony, just 15min walking to the beach swimming pool, nice bar near swimming pool. I very recommended.

Very comfy apartment in great location. Short walk to beach, restaurants and town. Stayed with friends for winter break and had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend

Quiet apartment. Felt very safe there. The host made keys collection very easy. Pool area was nice, clean wasn't congested.

Brilliant location

Property was a good size and balcony was massive. Shower cubicle is quite small, wifi was temperamental and unconnected quite alot. Property didnt have much english channels on tv but we didnt watch it so wasnt too much hassle. Due to delays i was on my own at check in with 6 suitcases which the lady who met me helped with which was really nice. Alot of storage in property. Would stay again

Summerland apartments

Booked to extend while already in Tenerife was so happy to find that the apartments were so near to where we have stayed before paradise park. Apartment very clean and tidy and has everything you would ever need and more. Whole complex is very well maintained Large balcony gets the sun until late evening short walk to lots of pubs and restaurants and easy short walk to beach. The apartment stays cool all day. It is near a busy road but didn’t bother us only gripe is the beds could be updated. Thank you and Allá for allowing us to stay longer for our later flight would not hesitate to return😀☀️

Nice chilly apartement, but sometimes long ways

It's a nice apartement. The Kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking for four people. Check-in, check-out and communication itself was very nice and comfortable, we even could got two more hours on check-out-day because our flight went so late in the afternoon.Only small cons are: there is only one bathroom. Might be a little challenging sometimes for four people. And the location itself. It gets quite noisy after 8 AM because of the road and the way to the beach is about 20 minutes by foot. On the other hand: bus station and other things in centre of the city are far closer.

Property on a slight hill might not be suitable for elderly, 2 lifts in building as this apartment is on 5th Floor. Plenty shops and bars around the area...its about a 15 min walk down to promenade at Los Cristianos front.

Review

Property was clean and tidy however a little worn and tired . For example pillows and duvets and bedding clean but could do with updating. Mattresses were not comfortable . There was a lot of road noise which isn’t mentioned in the details and it is further from the beach then stated. We did have a good stay and the pool And facilities are good. Ricardo in the pool bar looked after us and was a source of entertainment and information .

It depends of course on how quickly you walk and which beach you want to reach. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your vacation overall.

Apartment was well equipped with washing machine ,fridge, cooker, microwave, iron , toaster , hairdryer 👍also Wi-Fi was a god send as I had no signal on my phone , especially when having to complete the passenger locator forms . Great stay 😀😀😀

Lovely apartment in a good location

This was a lovely apartment to stay in, it had everything we needed for a good holiday near all amenities in a friendly, secure complex. Pool area and bar a great bonus. The check in and all communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a brilliant week in the summerland apartment. Good size apartment for 4 people and very well equipped. Great communication in the lead up to our stay and also during when arranging the check out process. Alla was very accommodating as we weren’t flying until early evening. Location is very good with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15 min walk to los Cristianos beach and about 20-25 to playa las vistas. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be returning.
