• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

In order to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and proper chemical balance of our pools, we have a pool service visit the property weekly on Mondays between the hours of 9AM and 4 PM.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
