This fabulous beachfront property can sleep 13 with 5 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, 3 full "spa-inspired" bathrooms (master has bathtub and triple showers - all showers have built in benches), also 2 cozy living rooms with 2 sofa beds and 1 EZ bed. (FYI, the 5th bedroom is transitioned to a fitness room but a "Frontgate" branded EZ bed (queen) can be added upon advanced request.) The Fitness room has a Peloton bike, weights, stretcher, yoga mats, etc.

Guests can take advantage of the superior amenities, built-in patio with custom cushions that could seat up to 30 and private 24/7/365 Atlantic Ocean beach access and unobstructed views to see the sunrises and an elevated view of the sunsets. Linen curtains, wool rugs, bamboo/cotton sheets, premium mattresses, lush cotton towels, designated beach towels, etc. Each bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, cotton balls, cotton swabs, cotton pads, makeup towels, etc. The high-end furniture includes Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Frontgate and Ballard Designs, etc. indoor and outdoor selections. Everything is washed in Persil laundry detergent after every guest. We provide Harry & David coffees, Bigelow teas and a delicious welcome basket.

FYI...This home is located on the exclusive street of Millionaires' Row in Daytona Beach Shores. This is the only remaining street with ocean front homes in Daytona Beach. FYI, there is a Lifeguard on-duty during open public beach hours near the house.
