This home, is where we created our family, and now, like you, we are out seeing the world. I purchased the home, as a new build during COVID. At the time of moving in, I had my beautiful baby girl, just four months old. Within a week of getting setttled in the home, we learned her little brother was on the way. So fun fact about our family, the kids are not even one year apart. There has been a lot of fun, love and laughter in the home, and you will feel this in the energy it brings. We also curated all of the art from local St. Pete artists, since art is such a big part of the St. Pete experience.

We fell in love with this neighborhood after my daughter was born at Baby Place in 2020. We stayed in an Aribnb across the street, called the Yellow Submarine and loved that you can see a glimpse of this home, from her bedroom. It is steps from parcs, shopping and everything you need to live the St. Pete lifestyle.

Ou home was one of the first 2-story homes, after the zoning laws changed, in the area. It is tastefully decorated with hollywood chic furnishings, yet comfortable and homey for familiaes. You will find many added percs, such as the kids playhouse on the porch, a trampoline on the porch and a secret room hiding under the stairs, perfect for play and the ulimate hide and go seek spot
