Our home boasts a central location, just minutes from Gulf beaches, local attractions, and dining/shopping options. Our host was amazingly responsive, very very pleasant to correspond with and the house was so warm, inviting and had so much personal touches. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Oh and ps: they had enough beds and table space for 9 of us!

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay in St. Petersburg. We were in town for our grandson’s surgery at John Hopkins
the property was centrally located to the hospital
the beach
shops and restaurants. It was very clean and spacious enough that we were all very comfortable
6 adults and 2 small children.I was alittle reluctant to rent the house because it was pet friendly and we do not have pets
but do not be afraid to rent for that reason. It was very clean and there was no indication that a pet had ever been in the house.The owner was also very helpful and friendly
even accommodating a special request the day of our arrival. I highly recommend this property to anyone

Loved the decoration and vibe of the house. They took care with some smaller details...bath towels in the bedrooms so not all of the guest are fighting for towels in the bathroom on day 1...USB plugs throughout for chargers...beach items for us to use...Overall, we loved staying here.

Enjoyable stay

The house was clean and had all the amenities listed. The owner accommodated our requests and took care of an issue promptly upon arrival. The house is very conveniently located to big chain stores and local restaurants, as well as the beach. I would recommend a stay

Beautiful home

We loved staying here! The amenities were great and the home had everything we needed. The game room was a great time and we really enjoyed the backyard area too. The location was nice and quiet at night. There were also ducks and birds from the local neighborhood walking around in the neighbors yards. The drive to.the beach was quick and convenient. If you need quick shopping for items there's a walmart right down the street. Overall would recommend to others and would come back again if the opportunity arises.

Weekend away

Was a great time and great location to everything but not in a very busy neighborhood. Very nice house and clean and had snacks and coffee as soon as you got there. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space also to unwind when you get back after long day at the beach. Definitely will be staying here again!!!

The best evet

This was the most beautiful beach house 
 travel time to the beach less than 10 min in traffic 
 the extras provided made us just want to stay at the house all the time 
 games room tv’s outside space made it a great place for families
 will DEFINITELY be back 
.. loved it 
 Tammy is a great host .. the extras really meant a lot 
 thank you Tammy 
 oh and the robot cleaner reminded us of our robot lawnmower at home 
 we call Snip !! Hope yours has a name too ..

Very great clean house

Loved our stay , we decided last minute to go to Florida I found this house , very close to the beach about 5-7 min , great area , very clean , everything super organized everything was beyond couldn’t ask for anything more , hopefully will be back :)

Great property for all ages

We had a great time at this property. The property is expansive and didn’t feel cramped with all of our family. The property also had amenities for all ages and is located centrally to everything. Would definitely go back!!
