Comme le garage est maintenant une salle de jeux, il n'y a qu'un seul parking disponible dans cette maison pour 3 voitures, 2 dans l'allée et une au bout de l'allée. Pas de parking sur le trottoir et pas de stationnement dans la rue.

Cette belle maison de deux étages de 5 chambres se trouve dans le village de Windsor Park de la célèbre communauté de golf Remington et est une maison face au sud sur un lac. Remington Golf dispose d'un parcours de championnat 18 trous visuellement frappant avec une zone d'entraînement complète, y compris un practice d'eau unique. Ce cours est un mile de son cours de soeur, Kissimmee Bay Golf Club.
Remington Golf Community est à seulement 1. 5 miles au nord de l'intersection de la Florida Turnpike et de l'autoroute 192 qui offre un excellent accès aux parcs à thème Walt Disney World, Sea World et Universal Studios. Shopping et restaurants peuvent être trouvés dans les deux sens sur cette artère centrale. Cette maison est idéale pour les familles avec enfants, les golfeurs et les oiseaux de neige. Remington est juste une courte distance en voiture de l'aéroport international d'Orlando et est une communauté fermée avec les portes de sécurité habités la nuit.

Great vacation home

Good value

This property was conveniently located near the Osceola heritage park in Kissimmee Florida. Is the property was spacious and provided nice amenities.

Hi, By bugs you mean the gnats on the outside of the house? Unfortunately on some weeks of the year we can get gnats near lakes and in the grass. We did spray the enteance to the home which cleared them. That is one reason why most Florida homes have a pool enclosure to stop insects getting near the outside space. If you had called the PM we coukd have had outside the home sprayed again.

Disney World/Old Town

We (5 kids, 2 adults) stayed here for spring break 2024. Great pool and hot tub (small fee but a must). The view is great and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and the game room was awesome. Three showers and a bath for everyone to have space. I only wish they had an outdoor grill and a larger skillet for cooking…those are literally the only negative things. Bring extra beach towels and a speaker for the pool area. 30 min drive to parks. Great all around. Would come here again. The host came within 30 mins the first day because I thought the heat wasn’t working for pool….(it was, jets for hot tub is what turns heat on).

Rude property manager

Overall, the property was as it appeared online but a bit outdated. We had 6 ladies all over the age of 60. Two ladies arrived at 4:00 PM on Wed; and the remaining at midnight. we all went to bed and never used the other half of home. The next day due to it being cold, decided to play cards on the dining room table. The table was not cleaned; and was dirty. One of the gals took photos and we presented to property mgr. who accused us of dishonesty - even after we produced the time stamp of the photos. I quote Craig from the email trail - "You normally find the people.who keep referring to themselves as honest are usually the ones who are not. Thanks. Craig" i do have the paper trail should you be interested. we do have other examples, but at this point, it's a mute issue. Our group consisted of two VP's from a large Bank; a manager of a regional insurance company and several business owners. We will not be going back to this home. Thank you.

This guest after being in the home sent me a pic of a table with food all over it and wanted refunding. The table is set with place mats and ornaments. None of which were in the pic. There was so much food it could not have been missed. We were the ones who had a pic of the table taken after the clean the day befpre their arrival. When I sent the lady the pic with time stamp she then proceeded to tell me how honest and trustworthy she is as well as being a boss at her insurance company for over 30 years. She was asked to ask the other guests if they had used the table before her arrival. The lady was reported to vrbo for threatening bad review if we dont refund her. She was offered to leave and be fully refunded . She would not reply to this.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood seemed safe and we took walks daily. It was easy to get to a grocery store and eating establishments with just a short drive. The patio was great as was the pool. The patio overlooks a pond and we enjoyed watching the birds. It also has areas to be in the sun or out of the sun. The pool was a little on the cool side, but I don't know what it would have felt like without heat and the first 2 days of our stay were cool. It was not cold enough to keep us from going in though and improved as the outside temperature warmed up. The pool lights did not work. The manager did have a great response time, but unfortunately they never did work for the duration of our stay. The book with instructions in the house could be updated as there were things in it that weren't the same instructions as the emails we received. I did notice on the reviews I read before we booked the house that there were ants in the house and that was true for us as well. They are the worst in the kitchen, but also noticed some in the living room and bathroom not attached to a bedroom. The game room was great with pool, foosball, air hockey and a jukebox.

Marcy, thank you for your review. As property managers, we want everything to go well for a guests stay in one of our homes. But we need to know if there is a problem at the house so we can address it. The pool lights took 2 companies 3 weeks to get them working again. They had to run new underground wires from the pool to the equipment wall. As for the ants, our pest control company treats our homes regularly, but if something pops up, they come out to the house that day. If we had known, we would have had them out there. This is one of the nicest homes in the Remington golf community. It is a great place for a vacation. We also want to note that when we found out the breaker tripped on the pool heater, we refunded all of their pool heating costs.

All Beds were extremely uncomfortable!

We understand that this is a large home and not much investment is put into it due to it being a rental home, but all the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We didn't spend much time here, except for at night and each night we dreaded having to sleep in those beds. The game room was a plus but we left the door shut during the day and when we returned to the house, the entire room smelt like mildew. Maybe the room flooded at one point but the smell never actually went away. There was a note in the laundry room asking to wash some clothes if possible, but there is no laundry soap in the house. We read that we would have to supply things like toilet paper, dish soap, wash cloths etc. but if any cleaning is to be expected of the guests, ensure there are cleaning supplies. There were barely any trash bags! The ice machine and water dispenser from the fridge tasted terrible. The filter needs to be changed asap! Another thing to keep in mind when renting in this private area is that driveway parking is the only parking available, so don't expect to have any quests over.

Ron, We were shocked to read your review. You were the first guest to stay at the house after a $2400.00 kitchen upgrade. And you made the comment that not too much investment goes into this home. This home has more bells and whistles than most homes in this area. As for beds, if we purchase soft mattresses, guest will complain that they wanted a firm mattress. If we purchase firm mattresses, guests will complain they wanted a softer mattress. This is a no win situation for any property management company. A week before your arrival, we email you a list of consumable items that are not supplied with the house. Toilet paper is supplied, but if you are staying awhile, you will need to purchase more. We do not require our guests to wash any laundry. That is our job.

NOT Worth it!

I have travelled to FL for about 10 yrs with my family and have NEVER had a problem with where we stayed. Should have read every review which some other guest had mention, that we accoutered. The ant problem was insane, you couldn't leave anything out for even minutes. You should be able to eat in peace, ants were floating in our drinks and crawling toward your food while you were eating. They were around the sink with no food in it, around all the 1st floor windows, garbage which we threw out constantly. The manager stated, "In FL you can't leave food on wortops especially in the summer". This is not true, again I have stayed in FL most of the times in the summer and never a problem. The kitchen table was wobbly, couldn't be used. The chair in the game room had a screw missing which caused my husband to fall back to hit the wall, thankfully he wasn't injured, but his head was very sore for days. The bedsheets didn't feel clean, smell in the home wasn't all great either. By the 2nd night we wanted out, couldn't stay the additional 5 more days. The communication with the manager lacked really poorly, from the other reviews they mention another manager, not the one we had. Really wanted to give this place a chance, who wants to pack all 3 kids again to move elsewhere on their vacation. Problems occur I get, things happen, but communication and trying to make things better didn't really come into play here. By the time things were offer, it was too late we booked elsewhere!

We take all feedback seriously but in this instance the guest emailed at 11.30pm and again at.12pm very upset we didnt reply. There is an emergency phone number if needed. The screw she says was.missing was a screw in the footrest and could not.make anyone fall off a stool. The guests family was from the area and they had over the limit the number of guests staying and were not happy when told they couldnt fish in the lake. Regarding the ants we have regular.pest control and offered tonsend pest control that day but they disnt want pest control to come whilst they were there. They also broke a glass chess set base. We were more than happy to let the guests leave early. Please read our other reviews for this home and our other homes. We have managed this home for over 12 years and always been the same manager.

Great accomodation in good location.

The highlight of this property was the pool area and games room . There are a few minor repairs needed to the property but these will not affect your enjoyment in any way . For our family we had hoped a BBQ would be provided and that we could fish in the lake in front of the pool . The property is in a good location away from the crowds and the owner kindly advised us the local places to visit and eat and these were great . Recommended

Peaceful stay in Kissimmee

Everything was great!!! George at the management company communicated with us before and during and helped with everything we needed from tips about the house to where to eat to watching out for speed traps. The house itself was amazing. Great pool, great game room, super spacious. When we were there, the little bugs outside were pretty bad, but none of them were near the pool because the lanai was perfect and there were not places for the bugs to get in. They were only a problem when going to the car or taking out the trash, but then it was only for a few seconds. Would stay here again if I had the chance. Thanks!

Plenty of Space

Stayed at this property for 6 nights with my mom, wife, three teenaged children, and my eldest daughter’s boyfriend. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, which was great.

Great base for a big group

A good sized house for a group of 5 friends playing in a USTA tennis tourney. Accessible good food in Kissimmee and St. Cloud, great neighborhood. Home is a little bit older, but very functional and game room is fun!

A restful oasis in the land of theme parks

We rented this house to accommodate our two families on a trip to Disney and Orlando. We had three adults and 5 kids ranging from 14-21. The house is large, clean and super comfortable. The pool was a welcoming sight after long hot days walking around theme parks. The location was perfect taking just under 30 minutes to get to the parks, with tons of restaurants and stores to deliver anything we wanted. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet, a perfect spot for a family trip! The game room was a hit with our teens with the jukebox and the table games. The moms would have been perfectly content to sit in the loungers next to the pool. The property managers are lovely and were very responsive to any questions we had. We were a bit nervous due to prior reviews but we had no issues at all for the ten days we stayed in this beautiful home! Can’t wait to return!

Please look at our other reviews for this home. We don't heat the pool up to bath water temp, but 86 degrees. And the hot tub goes up to 102 degrees. Guest complained about the clothes washer. We came out and showed the guest how to press start.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of maintenance items:

1. Replace missing slats on some windows. 2. Repair chair legs on table near large tv. 3. Refrigerator coils need to be cleaned...does not get cold enough. 4. Replace fill valve on toilet in Master BR, and shower drains too slow. Thanks

Location was good for our event

The dishwasher did not work. Parking was a huge issue. This was not mentioned in ad. Neighbors were unfriendly. One bathtub would not drain. Pool was great! The interior seemed a little run down. Game room was a hit. It would help to label light switches.

Thank you for your review. The dishwasher does work. 3 other families plus our cleaning staff have used it with no problem. Parking at this home is discussed in our welcome letter. Again, with the bathtub not draining, 3 other families had no problem at the house. We as property managers were never called about any of these issues while the guest was at the house. This home is our most popular home in the Remington golf community and the furniture is up to date. Just can't make everyone happy.
