This ultra-modern home has two bedrooms, both with gorgeous mountain-inspired decor, a comfortable Queen size bed downstairs and King size bed upstairs, pillows, and linen to ensure a good night’s sleep. What’s more, the layout of the home affords both bedrooms their own space and privacy.



The downstairs bedroom features log cabin walls, hardwood floors, and two windows that overlook the property. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with its cozy sitting area, in the loft overlooking the living room and expansive mountain views.



BATHROOMS

The careful balance of rustic charm and modern elegance continues into the two bathrooms. They combine classic cabin-inspired elements with luxury fixtures to create private and relaxing spaces to unwind from a busy day.



The downstairs bathroom has a sleek polished stone vanity, elegant hanging light fixtures, and a shower/tub combo. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with rain shower features, and two sinks.



KITCHEN & LOUNGE

The kitchen is stocked with all the modern appliances you need to cook when you are hungry, or to simply heat up leftovers. Edison bulb lighting hangs from the high ceilings, and the open-concept layout makes it easy for more than one person to move about when prepping meals.



The formal dining area, with its large windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the balcony, features a long, picnic-style table under a rustic chandelier. It’s perfect for family meals and can also double as a laptop-friendly workstation. The dining room seamlessly transitions into the main living area.



The main living room boasts a comfortable leather sofa with a matching love seat. You’ll get unobstructed views of the mountains from every spot. Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.



OUTSIDE SPACE

With multiple ways to sit outside and enjoy the view, this home brings the natural beauty of the mountains to your doorstep. A stone pathway leads from the driveway to the wrap-around front porch, a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings with a view. Follow the porch around to the side of the home and you'll find an outdoor dining table and a stainless BBQ grill. Fire up the grill and enjoy lunch in the sun. Continue to the backside of the cabin to find two hanging hammock chairs.



A wooden staircase leads down to the lush and hilly backyard. A whimsical stone path leads from the bottom of the staircase to a hot tub and private fire pit in the middle of the backyard, bordered by solar powered bistro lights. When the sun goes down, there's no better place to look for fireflies and roast marshmallows!



A single door leads from the upstairs master bedroom up to the second-story balcony. Here, you’ll find two relaxing modern rocking chairs to rock in and enjoy the view.
