Come see why this 17th Floor Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views of the Gulf and State Park is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor East corner with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, king in the 3rd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunks in the 4th bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the 3br unit next door should you have a large group and need condos on the same floor.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo exceeded every expectation. It’s spacious, beautiful, and my family was extremely comfortable from the moment we walked in.The kitchen deserves special mention. The host has stocked it with every pot, pan, and utensil you could need for a long stay — with a large family and young children, we were so impressed to find we could cook fresh seafood all week with no limitations. The appliances are all brand new and top quality, and the bar is stocked with glasses and a shaker for whatever drinks you’d like to make.Every bed was comfortable, and the bunks were perfect for the kids. The pool was a highlight — I could not get my children off the waterslide. Beach access was an absolute breeze, which made spontaneous trips down to the water easy. We also used the fitness center all week; it was never crowded and had everything needed for a solid workout.I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone, especially families. It was probably my favorite stay in years, and we will definitely be returning.

We have stayed in GS about 15 times over the last 2 decades and this property was by far the best! We had a corner unit and the views were STUNNING! Condo was very clean, very spacious, and nicely decorated. Super easy check in and out. Did not need maintenance or help at all. Already thinking about booking it again next year!

The pool with the slide was a huge hit with the kids and provided the perfect place to relax and have fun. We also really appreciated the grocery carts available in the lobby—such a thoughtful and convenient touch for bringing groceries, luggage, and everything else up to the condo. Little conveniences like that really made a difference during our stay.The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything about the property was well thought out, and you truly could not ask for a better location.We enjoyed our stay so much that I have already sent the condo's link to several friends who are interested in staying here after seeing my photos and hearing us talk about how much we loved it. That really says it all!The only small suggestion we would have is adding full-length mirrors in the condo. It would be a nice extra touch for guests when getting ready, especially for larger groups. Other than that, everything was perfect!We absolutely loved our stay and would give this property a rave review!
