Love this house! It’s our second time staying here. So much space for our large family. Beds are cozy and the location is great for bike riding! Wish they had a crock-pot and left us a few more towels.

We had a great stay overall! The house is spacious and perfect for large families or groups of friends. We loved every room, as well as the kitchen, living room, and both the front and back decks. The location was also excellent—within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.We really appreciated being able to check in about 20 minutes early. The rental management company was also easy to contact by phone whenever we needed assistance.There were a few areas that could be improved. We experienced internet connection issues during our stay. Although the staff submitted a work order, the technicians mainly tried to walk us through troubleshooting over the phone, which was frustrating because it was difficult to identify the correct wire connections. The third floor also became quite warm during the daytime, reaching around 90–91 degrees, although it gradually cooled down around 11 PM and remained comfortable through the morning.The bathtub drain on the lower level drained slowly and could use some attention. On our first night, the light near the hot tub was not working. However, the hot tub itself was great! The floors could also use a more thorough cleaning. It would also be helpful if the empty garages could be made available for guest parking, especially since parking fees at Tybee Park services can be expensive at around 25 for 24 hours.Overall, we loved the ambiance of the home and had a wonderful time. Despite a few maintenance issues, it was a great!

Great house for a large family! Everyone had their own space and relatively short walk to beach.

Kitchen could use to be stocked with pots and pans a little better but the space in the house is great!

Perfect for a Big Family

great girl’s weekend

10 of us girls spent 5 days here, The place was clean, spacious and close to everything! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, which is wonderful with 10 ladies. Management awesome to work with. Few minor issues that were handled quickly. About 20 min from Savannah very easy drive. Would definitely stay again

Tybee Island Stay

House was very nice and clean - just as described. Water pressure was great, hot tub was great. Cable TV did not work but TV was logged into Disney and Netflix from prior guest so Thankful we had plenty to watch. House had everything we needed. - Ice makers in Freezers were great. Location was great. Would rent again at this location.

Wonderful Home and Experience!

This house was pristine! A block away from the beach, perfect for kids, perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own room, their own bathroom, game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults (and kids), ample parking for 3 cars. We were 2 families, 2 additional solo adults, 4 kids. We came to run the Tybee Island 1/2 Marathon and Everyone had the best time!

We came onto Tybee Island, 9 of us, to send one of our buddies off the right way for his bachelor party. Everything at the property was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to everything. Very spacious. Lots of beds. Absolutely perfect for what we needed

Girls Trip

This house was better than expected. It was perfect for our trip of 10 girls. Spacious rooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms, dining room table was big enough and the decks were fantastic. The house was very clean when we arrived and had no issues. Close enough walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely remember this house for future rentals!! 100% recommend!
