This studio condo features thoughtful touches to keep you comfortable while you sleep, enjoy a glass of wine, and sit and take in the beauty of Linekin Bay. What you can count on while staying at Georgia Waterside: a king-sized bed, refrigerator, sink, hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine and mugs, an outdoor grill, deck with seating overlooking Linekin Bay, bathroom with shower, seating for dining or computer work, high-speed internet, smart screen for streaming, loveseat, a guest washer and dryer onsite, an air conditioner for hot days and nights, and outdoor seating for morning coffee as you enjoy the beautiful Maine seaside air. The room was perfect. Spacious, clean, very well appointed. and comfortable at a good price. This is a very quiet and peaceful place. We enjoyed the adorondack chairs by the water for morning coffee and evening wine. The sitting area on the deck is also very comfortable. Our host was awesome, inquired on our comfort, and suggested places to eat. We highly recommend it.

Spotless, cozy, comfortable, quiet and absolutely perfect! Everything you needed was at the Condo. Location is close to Boothbay, restaurants (my favorites, Lobsterman's Wharf & Robinson's), stores and beaches. Views of Linekin Bay are beautiful, especially from the terrace and dock. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. Carolyn, our host, was amazing, she was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and made check in and out so easy. We enjoyed a beautiful refreshing stay at “Georgia Waterside”. The one room efficiency was filled with spotless Maine charm. The bayside Adirondack chairs were a welcoming relief following a busy day in East Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor. I am a New Englander, transplanted to Georgia in 1972, where my husband and I raised our family. For many years, we vacationed in Boothbay Harbor and eventually bought a home for our use during the summers. We eventually sold it, but bought this seasonal condo. I am new at hosting, but not new to taking care of a home or others. I hope you enjoy the Boothbay Harbor area, East Boothbay, and Georgia Waterside.

Our little neighborhood is quiet. Our guests are welcome to use our floating dock, to launch their kayaks, sit in our lawn chairs, and to enjoy the beauty of Linekin Bay. We are two miles from Ocean Point, home to some of the most beautiful seaside scenery in Maine. It is a great place to walk. The Boothbay Region Land Trust manages more than 30 nature preserves, featuring over 35 miles of hiking trails. Boothbay Harbor is filled with excellent restaurants and many boat excursions, including to Burnt Island Lighthouse, Cabbage Island Clambakes, the Reggae Cruise on Sunday nights, and a daily boat to Monhegan Island and Puffin Watches. Boothbay Harbor offers live theater and music at the Opera House, movies at our lovely Boothbay Harbor Theatre, and many shops and galleries. We are fortunate to have the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay, a masterful delight of color and beauty in both the summer and the winter. It hosts the famous Guardians of the Seeds, our giant trolls, who welcome you to our beautiful coastal community and Maine's mid-coast region.

Our rental properties are managed by responsible and responsive owners who take hosting seriously. We are a non-smoking community, both inside and outside. We have a time to be quiet that begins at 10 pm. We are a little over a mile to the sweet little village of East Boothbay, where the East Boothbay General Store offers groceries, wines and beers, gifts, coffee, breakfast, and lunches, and delicious homemade donuts on Saturday mornings. And, best of all, we are located on beautiful Linekin Bay. For air travelers, we are 62 miles from the Portland International Jetport, 41 miles from Rockland, Maine, home of the Farnsworth Art Museum, and 47 miles from the Pemaquid Lighthouse in New Harbor, Maine.
