GA Pearl - Heated Pool/Fitness Center/6 Min to Beach

Brand new to the vacation rental market this 3 bed 2 bath condo is in one of the best locations on St. Simons Island! 🏝️

You can walk out the front door and walk directly across the street to Red Fern Village where you have your choice of multiple award-winning restaurants, boutique stores and often live music (but you can't hear that from the condo).

You also are right next to one of the best bakeries on the island!

The best part - you are a quick 6-7 minute drive to the beach and pier village. Pier village has a splash pad you can enjoy with the younger members of your family. Rent a golf cart for your trip and you can cruise right over to the beach.

The community has multiple of great amenities you can enjoy. The condo is right across from the heated pool. There is a grill for community use by the pool. You also have access to the fitness center and a small playground area for the kiddos. There is also open parking right in front of the home.

Inside the home you will find it tastefully decorated. There is a fully stocked kitchen and three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 1 queen and 1 bunk bed. You can sleep a total of 6 people. There is a smart TV in the living room and the primary bedroom.

We've included kid-friendly items such as a bumper on the bunk bed, a stroller and several kid books and games. There are also items available for use such as  boogie boards, pool noodles, beach toys and even beach chairs.

Other Items to Note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

The individual that books that home must be 25 or older. The person that books the home must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Trailers, Boats, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited on the property.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Pack N Plays are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. There is a stroller at the home for your use.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:

Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
No pets. Bringing pets into the home will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Per community rules, the following must be adhered to during your stay. If we receive a complaint about non-compliance, you will be asked to leave without refund.

~Please do not shout the code out across the pool to others.
~Do not give the code to out to anyone other than in your party.
~As a reminder, the pool area is a family atmosphere. Please be considerate of others with language use.
- Music/noise levels are to be reasonable (for you or your group only).

- No glass bottles are to be inside the pool fence.

- No diving at all; No jumping or diving from the waterfall.

- The pool closes at 10pm.

- Other guidelines are posted at the pool on signage.

~Each person using the pool must have a wristband in their possession while in the pool area. Board members, our onsite office manager, and/or a volunteer monitor will be asking. If persons do not have a wristband, they will be asked to leave the pool area until they do.

~There will be a $50 fee assessed for any missing wristbands.

~Due to community rules, no golf carts for this unit.
