It has new flooring and every piece of furniture has been thoughtfully handpicked to curate a serene and inviting atmosphere. All the brand new furniture throughout. The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, and a twin-size day bed with a pull-out option, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A modern minimalist approach ensures style and comfort during your stay.
The Space:
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Downtown Atlanta, this 750 sq ft condo offers an ideal retreat to experience all that Atlanta has to offer. Located on the 9th floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this unit features a screened-in porch and provides all the comforts of home, accommodating 2 adults comfortably.
The bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a twin day bed with an additional twin pull-out bed, a closet, and a dining table that can be used as an office space. The well-appointed kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with K Cups, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a 49" TV and high-speed WiFi for your entertainment and work needs.
Moreover, you are a walking distance to:

- Phillips Arena
- World Conference Center
- Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Centennial Park
- Coca-Cola Museum
- Georgia Aquarium
- less than 1 block from restaurants and convenience stores.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Youre in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.
Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable in price.
Other Things to Note:
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
