This cozy one bedroom bungalow is a short walk to Swamiâs and Moonlight beaches. Itâs also a stoneâs throw from the coastal rail trail and downtown Encinitas where youâll find a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The bungalow has a sunny patio with tropical garden, comfortable seating and an outdoor shower. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen which is well equipped with convection microwave, stove, toaster oven, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The living area has a dining table and smart TV and bedroom is nicely appointed with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with tub and shower. The unit also has a dedicated washer/dryer and bonus space that can be used as an office or exercise/yoga room. Beach towels and chairs also provided.
