La cĂŽte amalfitaine # 308A est une belle unitĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage situĂ©e Ă  Amalfi Coast Resort sur 8. 6 acres de paysage tropical avec 362 pieds de belles plages de sable blanc. Cette unitĂ© est plus de 1750 pieds carrĂ©s de vie spacieuse. Cette unitĂ© a trois chambres Ă  coucher complĂštes et trois salles de bain complĂštes, une cuisine complĂšte, une buanderie complĂšte, deux balcons donnant sur deux piscines (dont une chauffĂ©e en hiver) et les belles eaux Ă©meraude du golfe du Mexique. Avec cette unitĂ© est un espace de stationnement rĂ©servĂ© dans un garage couvert. Sur la propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă©galement un Ă©tang avec passerelle et deux courts de tennis. Un centre de fitness est Ă©galement situĂ© sur notre propriĂ©tĂ©. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e au 778 Scenic Gulf Drive (Old Hwy 98). Dans un mile est Silver Sands Outlet Mall, plusieurs Ă©piceries, golf, des dizaines de restaurants, le bureau de poste et des achats illimitĂ©s. Le tout nouvel hĂŽpital du SacrĂ©-CƓur Ă  la pointe de la technologie, comprenant une unitĂ© de dialyse Ă  service complet et un service d'hĂ©licoptĂšre, se trouve Ă  cinq kilomĂštres sur la route.

Ce condo a trois chambres et trois salles de bain complÚtes. Il y a deux lits king size et un lit queen size ainsi qu'un canapé-lit et un port un berceau. La chambre principale a un balcon privé, un grand dressing et une grande salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche séparées. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision, d'un magnétoscope et d'un lecteur DVD. Internet sans fil inclus également.

Je pense que vous trouverez ce condo de trois chambres l'un des plus spacieux et confortables de Destin.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The rooms were large and very clean. The host ensured we were all happy with our stay. Had plenty of Beautiful views from the balcony. This property is one of the best in Miramar Beach!

A Walk at the Beach

The property was great. Loved being able to see the gulf from the balcony. We saw dolphins several days, without the aid of binoculars! The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Morning walks on the beach and afternoons at the pool. The pool area was wonderful and the beach is right across the road.

Family Get Away

We had originally booked our family vacation in Clearwater Florida but due to adverse weather conditions (2 separate Hurricanes) we had to switch last minute to this location. It was as good or better than our standard condo we have been renting over the last five years. Debbie was awesome and the condo was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect spot for our family trip

Debbie’s condo is definitely our favorite & preferred place to stay while visiting Miramar Beach. The condo is welcoming, clean and well stocked from the kitchen to extra beach gear. The grounds of Amalfi are gorgeous and well maintained. Debbie is easy to reach if needed. We have stayed many times and plan to again in the future.

Home Away from Home

The property was incredible! We stayed just a few doors down and couple of years ago and this property put the other one to shame. I usually never try to stay at the same place when visiting but I will definately try to stay here and the same condo again! Thank you for sharing your second home with us!!!

Amazing condo

Debbie’s condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation! First off, she called to introduce herself and ask if I had any questions about the property before our arrival. I’ve never had an owner do that before and it was much appreciated. The condo is so spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked well with cookware and utensils. Plenty of beach chairs available as well as an umbrella! Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beachside Gem

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking. The home had a pack and play and a few utensils for baby/toddlers. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The walk to the beach was a breeze. There were some beach toys for us to use. We visited mid-March and the beach wasn't crowded. We enjoyed taking the kids to the pool and sitting out by the fire pit in the evening. Highly recommend. Our family would love to stay here again.

Great condo!

What a great place to stay! Condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of us! Very good view of the gulf from the balcony. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed at Amalfi Resort several times and it never disappoints!

Great Destin area resort condo

Great 3 bedroom condo, clean, easy access to the beach, property is well maintained. Two large outside pools with plenty of shaded tables with chairs. Owner had good communication with our group and very easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed the condo very much. The place was very clean, everything we needed was provided. We did buy additional toilet paper and detergent to wash clothes as well as paper towels and trash bags. (Which we expected) We left the detergent, and trash bags for future guest. We were extremely impressed with all that was provided. The location is perfect and very easy access to the beach. The only thing that I can say that was not 100% perfect was the lack of towels and wash cloths. We did not have enough for everyone to shower without washing 1-2 times daily. Not a huge deal-just an idea for future guest you may want to bring some bath towels and wash cloths. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There was a play pen as well that was provided. I cannot say enough positive information about the property or the owner. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Inaccurate listing

The checkin process was easy and the condo was clean, but the listing said it slept 8, which was inaccurate. The only place to sleep, aside from the 3 beds was on the couch. It wasn’t even a pullout, just sleep on the couch. The owner said my other family could sleep on the couch or on air mattresses, and when I asked where the air mattresses were the owner never responded. Bottom line is that the condo doesn’t sleep what the listing promised. Also the sheets on the bed were absolutely terrible, they were very thin and balled. The entire fitted sheet was piled. And mattresses were obviously very old and uncomfortable to the point that both my husband and I had sore backs in the morning. There were no extra blankets either so we slept with sweatshirts on most nights. The condo was very clean and it had a great location but I wouldn’t recommend staying here under these circumstances.

Great ocean views and location.

Our family enjoyed a great week. The condo is very spacious, updated and clean. The location is perfect with a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. We enjoyed the pools and quietness of the secured gated community. Great communication with the owner.

Fun in the Sun

Beautiful balcony view of ocean while sipping coffee every morning, short walk to public beach w new ramp/bathroom facilities at beach. Our condo was comfortable and clean and suited our family of 7 perfectly. We have been coming to Destin for 12 years now and love staying at Amalfi Coast.

Great condo and wonderful owner.

Honestly we loved the condo and would probably stay there again. The owner was super responsive and wonderful to deal with. The condo was clean and well furnished and equipped. The only feedback that I think would be helpful is that 2/3 beds were softer than we would have liked.

2022 Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation especially the view from the condo. Everything we needed was close by including pool, beach across the street, restaurants, groceries, donuts and coffee shop. Debbie was great to work with and responded promptly with any questions we had about the condo rental.

This is a very nice place to stay. Very roomy, very clean, and easy to get in touch with Debbie, to ask questions when you need answers. There is a small walk to get to a beach access, but everything else make the small walk worth the stay!! We hope to come back when the, across the street, easy access is complete. Amazing Rental

This is the best rental we’ve had at Destin. Great views of the gulf and pool. Fully stocked kitchen and a lot of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. Private baths for each of the three bedroom! Thank you for an awesome trip!!
