Great house, great neighborhood!

We love Windsor Hills and this house was wonderful. Our kids spent lots of time in the game room and the pool out back as well as in the community pool. The house has lots of room to play, eat, sleep and hang out. We had a great time!

Property was clean but could use some updating. Had a couple of issues but were resolved quickly - management company very efficient and friendly

Blessed Easter Spring Break Vacay

The home had everything we needed. The owners were quick to address the pool heat issue. The resort was wonderful!! The concierge we used Miss Dina assisted the Easter Bunny even with last minute changes to help me put together a blessed Easter we all needed and enjoyed. It was a wonderful family vacation. I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Awesome home with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Pool was perfect. Easy coordination to get in and was able to coordinate 4 additional hours at a minimal cost due to a late afternoon flight. Highly recommend and would book again for sure.

Disney Vacation

The house worked great for our family. Kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities for a large group.

Clean and Nice

It was very nice, however, several light bulbs burned out, broken lawn chairs, couldn't get cable to work had to call cable company and the security to have family over was beyond horrible.

We would have definitely addressed this for you. I am sorry that you had cable issues. The reason why we ask for drivers to be registered on your registration form is so that the front gate could let them in. This is a very secured property.

good for family

perfect for group of 10 adults and an infant. well equipped kitchen and great supply of towels and pool towels. broken chairs outside should be removed. great property management responses.

Great for large family

The home was large, comfortable and well equipped. The location was wonderful, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. The property management was very responsive via text messages and answered our questions quickly. I would have liked to have prior notice about the scheduled pool cleaning, but I was grateful for the pool security system, which gave us peace of mind around our active granddaughter. They had plenty of towels and swim towels and the washer/dryer was very convenient too. All in all we loved the house, it was perfect for our DisneyWorld vacation.

Adequate but sometimes frustrating

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. The first 2-3 days were a little frustrating as I had to make multiple calls to the management company to fix the air conditioning, the refrigerator, the hot tub, a broken screen on the lanai, and a broken outdoor chair. They only refunded me $60 for my trouble, and I truly think they could have given me more money off the $2200 rental. This unit was very worn--needs new carpet for sure.

Great Time

My family of 10 used this house and enjoyed the time we spent in FL the house was well equipped. The only disappointment was the gaming system the house advertised to have a unit (witch it did) although no games to be played. we inquired about this and Global said we needed to bring our own games it would have been nice to know this before we left home so we could have brought them with us. I would suggest you advertise it that way so kids would not be disapointed like our teenagers were.

Although we do provide the system we do ask guests to bring their own games and do not have the amenity listed with game on Home Away. Sorry if this was an inconvenience.
