The Space:

La Noche is a boho, desert-chic home where cozy, well-appointed rooms open to wide desert views from every window. Unique art, plush cushions and premium linens give it a warm, layered feel, and the outdoor space is set up for privacy and night skies, with a stargazing dome, a canvas tent and a hot tub. Reached by a dirt road, it feels secluded. A king bedroom with a view, one bathroom and a custom sofa that sleeps one more make it right for couples and small groups of up to four. Pack a sweater; the best hours here come after dark.

-Outdoor Amenities-

The outdoor space is laid out for privacy and big views. Swim in the private pool, stretch out on the deck and lounge chairs, then sink into the hot tub as the desert opens up in front of you. The stargazing dome is the place to be after dark, and the canvas tent adds another spot to relax outdoors. A propane fire pit, macrame swing chair, outdoor dining table and BBQ gas grill make it easy to spend the whole evening outside, from sunset through a sky full of stars.



-Living Area-

The living room has a bohemian flair that is both stylish and soothing, with plush cushions and desert views. The custom sofa can be used as a single bed for a fourth guest, and unique art throughout gives the home its character.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from coffee in the morning to a hearty breakfast before a day out or dinner as the sun sets. The induction stove only activates when a pot or pan is placed on top. The indoor dining table seats four, and the outdoor dining table is there for meals and morning coffee with a view. The BBQ gas grill handles dinner outside.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

The bedroom has a king bed with a view, premium linens and a quiet, restful feel for the end of each day. A fourth guest can sleep on the custom sofa in the living room, which works as a single bed. The bathroom is stocked with the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and hotel slippers are provided.



-Surrounding Area-

Joshua Tree Village has shops, galleries and local restaurants, and Joshua Tree National Park is there for hiking, climbing and scenic drives. Flamingo Heights dining and Pioneertown's live music round out the evenings. The dirt-road setting keeps the house secluded, so the nights are dark and the stars are bright.

The Neighborhood:

La Noche is reached by a dirt road, which gives the home a secluded feel while keeping town within 15 minutes.

Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.



The property is accessed via a dirt road. Many roads in the area are dirt or unpaved, so please drive slowly and carefully. A four-wheel drive vehicle is not required; however, roads may have ruts or uneven surfaces, particularly after rainfall.



Other Things to Note:

-Good to Know-

The tent zipper should always be fully closed when you leave the property, to keep sand out and avoid wind damage. The grill and fire pit both run on propane. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available on request.



-House-Specific Rules-

► Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.

► Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No external speakers allowed.

► Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered.

► Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it has been serviced, as chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time. Please rinse off oils and lotions before entering, keep the cover on when not in use, and no drinking in the hot tub, please.



-Pool Heating Fee-

Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.



Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please message us for the current rate before requesting.



During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.



-Pool and Hot Tub Service-

The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Service takes about 10 minutes and is performed in the outdoor area only.



-Pet Policy-

We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation how many dogs you are bringing. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed due to the owner's severe allergy.

-Wildlife & Safety-

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.



-Security Camera-

For your security, there are exterior cameras on the property, which monitor vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any private areas, including the pool and hot tub areas.



-Cell Service-

Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available at the property.



-Damage Waiver Policy-

Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
