Had a good time. More room than expected. Didn't use the pool/side house. Note there are 2 Keurigs but not a coffee pot. It didn't feel like the house was refreshed for our stay. It felt like someone hadn't been there for a while and they just assumed it was ready for us. Overall a good place to stay.

Great property for our family!

We loved our stay at this property. We could get my handicapped father around the living area easily and the grandkids enjoyed the pool. The pools outdoor area was nicely set up.

Michael did a great job communicating with us and was a great host. The accommodations were exactly what we needed based on location and available space. We did not get to use the pool due to the time of year of our stay, but it is a great additive for the summer months. The house was clean with all of the amenities that were required.

House was exactly as described. We had a few hiccups, washer wasn't working , storm took out electricity and when it came back on things were not working properly.It was very easy to reach the owner and they even came out Christmas Eve and Christmas day to help with the issues. Very pleased with the response time and availability. Would stay here again.

We had a great time here and Christina really made us feel welcomed and helped orient us to the property. But there are some things that can be improved upon. The AC seemed to be programmed for certain temps and 76 and 78 was not comfortable! The location of the house was unexpected for the price. The outside AC is making a loud noise. The ice maker is broken. Only two 2 hand towels. Handle on closet door broken. We could not figure out how to work the TV- instructions on how to access Netflix would have been helpful. And, the pool has lots of green fungus looking stuff and brown stuff on the bottom. It did look clean for the first two days we were here. Just FYI, we did not use the pool house since there were just two of us. You may want to consider a less expensive rental when only the main house is used. Again, Christina was wonderful. You are lucky to have her taking care of your property. Thank you, Resa and Diana

The check-in is very easy. The main house is very spacious, a large common area with plenty of seating. And a ping pong table that our kids/grands enjoyed. We all stayed in the main house but utilized the bathroom/shower in the pool house. With 5 women the 3 showers were great. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and a nice eating area. We enjoyed the pool after our days at the beach. It's got a good sun/shade ratio and plenty of poolside furniture. And a box filled with pool toys.

The outside deck and pool was everyone’s favorite place to hang out! The host was very responsive when we were missing things like towels for all 15 of us, or sheets for the sofa bed. We played a lot of ping pong as well. I think this is a fairly new host, so there weren’t quite enough of things like silverware, coffee cups, no lamps in bedrooms, some spaces were missing curtains, and there’s no outlet in the bathroom of the pool house. Hopefully the longer this house is listed, the more it will all get worked out!
