Welcome to your serene escape on the beautiful shores of Love Point in Stevensville, MD! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers stunning waterfront views, cozy comforts, and room for up to 12 guests—perfect for wedding groups, family gatherings, girls or guys weekends, or a peaceful weekend retreat.

Everything is close by on Kent Island from this location - waterfront hot spots like The Big Owl, Harris Crabhouse, The Jetty, Fisherman's Inn and Crab Deck, Dockhouse, Kentmorr at the Marina, Libby's Coastal Kitchen...and a shack favorite - the Crab Shack which is just like it sounds!

Before you earn your first Orange Crush, you can get in a good walk and/or bike ride at the many waterside trails at either Ferry Point Park, Terrapin Park, or the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center. If you want a real adventure, bring your bike and venture across the island on the Cross Island Trail and stop at all the hot spots. There is no shortage of things to do!

And, that's not all - we have 3 wineries on the Island, each serving up their unique take. Our favorite is Love Point Vineyards and Winery which is a short 1 mile walk from this location. Located on the Chester River, Love Point Winery has an event happening every weekend or you can just sit and enjoy the vastness of the Chester River Waterfront. You can then follow that up with live music at one of our popular venues - Cult Classic Brewing or RamsHead Shorehouse. There is something for everyone.

Here for a wedding? No problem - we are between 5-15 minute drive from every wedding venue on the island! We also have full length mirrors in the house so you can make sure you look your best.

Waterfront Bliss
Wake up to tranquil views of a Chester River inlet and enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck surrounded by abundant birdlife. While you chill out, the kids can take a row boat or kayak our onto the lake to fish or just paddle around and enjoy the adventure. In the evening, everyone can unwind around the cozy backyard firepit with Adirondack chairs—perfect for stargazing and storytelling.

Room for Everyone
With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There is a walkout bottom floor with amazing views and a large rec room with a TV. The WiFi is fast enough for everyone's devices, including the gamers.

Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided for each stay, and all bedding—including comforters—is switched out between guests.

The large kitchen includes everything you need to cook up a feast, including a bar setup with cocktail tools and glassware. Gather around the oversized dining table that seats your entire group comfortably.
