Step straight onto the sand from this newly remodeled beachfront cottage with private beach stairs, oceanfront deck, and a cozy firepit— The sunsets are breathtaking! Located in a gated community on exclusive Beach Road, you`re just minutes from Dana Point, Laguna, and San Clemente. This single-level home is part of a duplex and ideal for family or group getaways. Swim, surf, spot dolphins, and unwind to the sound of crashing waves.

*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Suite- Primary bedroom 1 King size bed with drawers, full size closet and TV

Bedroom 2- Queen size bed and full-size closet

Bedroom 3- Full size bed 1 Twin with trundle, dressers and laundry

Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan and new sliders to the patio

HEAT, no AC- We have Central HEAT, as most ocean front homes we don`t have AC.

KITCHEN:

Fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like your at home. 8 seat dining table.

LIVING:

Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a 60` TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
Enjoy some of the worlds greatest ocean views from your private ocean deck, can`t get any closer..... Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! Grill some great steaks with our BBQ, chill on our comfortable outdoor sofa and light the outdoor firepit!

PARKING- 2 Car maximum, must be parked in the driveway.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart TV`S and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, but, please only inquire the week of your stay. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.

DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE:
Yes, we provide beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No pets

We`re located in what is referred to as the Riviera of the west. Ultra private gated beach front community. There is no point in leaving!

Conveniently minutes from downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach and a close 30 minutes to Newport Beach.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
