Notre petit bijou a été entièrement rénové en Juin 2015, cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit 2 peluche en mousse à mémoire Lits Queen avec literie de luxe Designer, beurre en cuir souple Canapé et inclinable, Aqua & gris intérieurs, Plank carreaux de porcelaine offrent une expérience très tranquille. Salle de bain privée avec des carreaux personnalisés marcher dans la douche, Tous les draps inclus, Grand écran plat TV / lecteur DVD, câble, Grand Walk In Closet, Surdimensionné Patio & Propane Grill, Mobilier de jardin, & View Of Paysager Grounds, Golfe condo avant avec eaux vert émeraude , et le sucre de sable blanc. Nous sommes idéalement situés au coeur de la ville de Panama Beach. Nous sommes au rez-de-chaussée, avec vue paysager, un accès facile au parking, vous avez 2 patios sur cette unité au rez-de-chaussée; un accès facile à tout et pas d'attente sur les ascenseurs! Nous sommes un Golfe-devant de grande hauteur situé au 8817 South Thomas Drive; unité 104. Nos condos sont Gulf-Front avec pas de rues à traverser, Tout ce que vous voyez est beau sable blanc et ses eaux vert émeraude. Nous gérons également notre propre unité. Les images qui sont affichées sont les images réelles de notre unité 104. Les formalités d'arrivée comprend à recevoir un code d'entrée à l'unité, une fois le paiement a été effectué.

Top of the Gulf est un condominium privé avec sa propre sécurité, 2 piscines, un snack-bar de saison et une courte promenade sur la promenade de la plage. Nous sommes situés à distance de marche du Club Lavela, spis, Pier Park, ananas Willies. Autre gros par les activités nautiques comme le jet ski, la pêche charte-bateau, para-voile, le kayak et la location de scooter / vélo. Pier Park se trouve à environ 6 miles, et propose des repas gastronomiques, des boutiques spécialisées, parc Amusements, les salles de cinéma, et bien plus encore!

Amazing place to stay! Awesome location! Pool is great and it is such a short walk to beach from room! Being on first floor makes it super convenient. Would definitely recommend others to stay in this unit.

This was the perfect space and location on property for a mom and her three kids. The space was plenty, kitchen has everything we needed, and location to pool and beach could not be beat! The kids and I already are thinking we should go back next summer!

Lovely weekend getaway

We loved staying in this condo. The convenience of being on the 1st floor was great. The room was decorated so nice and beds were very comfortable. Pool area was also really great. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was great location to the pool and beach. The room was clean and updated. Communication with the owner was great as well as Terri at the front desk. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet friendly place to stay.

Good stay

My husband and I had a quick getaway at this condo. Melanie is a great communicator. The smell of "old" in the condo is a little off putting. A couple of the small appliances were not clean. It is conveniently located to the pool and easy access to the beach. The lounge chairs are a plus when renting this condo. Parking is good and convenient. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

We went from a Fri-Mon and it was the perfect size condo for the 2 of us! The location is so close to the entrance of the building & and the access to the pool area. The added benefit of having chairs and an umbrella as part of the rental was amazing too….. saved money and saved us from having to bring our own chairs. My friend and I have already discussed that we would be HAPPY to rent this place again!

**Location and Detail**

The attention to detail on this room is second to none. The room was absolutely stunning and had all we needed. The beds were so cozy!!! We really enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided. The resort has a location where floats are left for guest to use which I thought was an excellent idea. My daughters loved it and we would love to come back again.

The room was nice and the owner was great to work with. The actual property management staff however has a lot to learn about how to provide customer service the their clients! We met some really nice people from other states, and all in all had a good time. Will consider going back there again.

Great Condo!!

We loved this condo and had a great experience staying in it. We love that it was on the first floor because you did not have to wait for the elevator. Even though this unit did not have beach views, there are plenty of viewing areas available for anyone to use at any time of the day. The inside of the condo was very clean and decorated very nicely-you can tell the owner really cares about the unit. I would make a bet that this condo is nicest and comfiest unit at Top of the Gulf. The shower was AWESOME and has a great shower head that makes it nice after being at the beach all day.The beds were super comfy which is hard to come by when traveling. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Panama City Beach was an awesome vacation itself but having a nice room to go back to made it a perfect vacation!

Enjoyed the chairs

Overall, disappointed in the condo. I've never seen a smaller bathroom. Condo could use a good cleaning. I have pictures of mold on the walls and other places. Could use a little TLC. The room itself and the décor was nice. Fan over the bed only had slow speed. Had everything we needed in the condo for a pleasant stay (big closet, pots, pans, towels, etc.) Pool area was great and close to the beach. Mentioned that there was no view of the beach. I'd assumed from the pictures, that the wall by the pool just blocked the view since we were on the ground floor. Come to find out we had a view of the parking lot. I have about seven pictures I would include if it let me.

Girls trip

Melanie was a great host. Her place was very well decorated and well stocked. Beds were comfy. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus. The condo complex was really nice and the pool area was clean. There were a few things that needed attention however. Upon opening the door there was a very strong mold odor, not from the humidity. After looking around we found mold by the AC unit, the patio door, dishwasher and on the ceiling throughout the condo. The bathroom vent had visible dust and the ac unit filter was filthy. There was a Shark HEPA filter in the condo and that had a dirty filter as well as dust all over the vent.The patio screen door was stuck in its track so it was very difficult to open to let fresh air in. We did let Melanie know and she sent her cleaning gal over to change the AC filter and gave us air freshener to mask the smell I did forget something and Melaine did sent it back to me AsAP. .

Great Value!

This was our first time staying with Melanie, but definitely not our last! The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. No beach view from the room, but we knew that going in. It’s conveniently located closest to the pool/lobby on first floor (literally 20 steps from the pool) and about a 45 second walk from the room to the beach chairs. Plenty of bath towels provided for our stay. We will definitely be booking again. We never bought anything from the snack bar, but other guests raved about it. They have a convenient ice machine (Very reasonably priced) to fill up coolers on the way to the beach. Hershey’s ice cream shop right outside the parking lot and an Alvin’s island across the street. Very convenient location. Easy check in/out process. Melanie was very proactive when sending info about our stay. The ONLY negative thing we encountered (at complex, not the room itself) was the amount of gnats in the trash chute room that flowed into the hallway/lobby. This was not an issue in the room, but slightly annoying when walking to the pool and taking out trash- but it’s hot, humid, Florida and I guess is an expectation.

Close to beach!!!

We are a family of four that stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect for that. Very close to the pool and the beach but you can’t see either from the unit. We e stayed in numerous VRBO units and this one was the easiest to get in and out of, and the easiest to the pool and beach. Chairs being included was a huge bonus. Loved the décor, bedding, etc, would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

Room was very nice and clean. Exactly as pictured. Repairs had recently been done and not completed. Patio was not as pictured at all. I was looking forward to relaxing on the patio with morning coffee and all that was there was a big picnic table. Not very relaxing. Pics need to be updated.

Relax/ Fun

I really enjoyed the location and safety of property. Everyone one was so nice. Beautifully decorated unit. Love this is in a HOA makes it more secure and well kept. The pool was very clean and the beach is beautiful. Staff made us feel special helped take pictures and gave us directions to other attractions. 10/10 will stay again!
