The Space:

This expansive 5,663 sq ft home offers plenty of room for large families or groups. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, there’s room for everyone. The open-concept main floor features a chef’s kitchen, office space, and a cozy family room. Upstairs, you’ll find a large family room and generously sized bedrooms. The backyard and 3-car garage provide added comfort and convenience.

Late check-outs are not permitted. Please ensure that all guests' belongings are removed from the home by the designated check-out time.



**Trash bins are stored inside the garage per community rules and to prevent attracting wildlife, as the home is near the mountains. A staff member will access the garage to take the bins in and out on collection day (Wednesday).



**Yard maintenance is typically performed on Thursday. However, the schedule may vary due to weather conditions or the service provider’s availability.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's storage room and the basement.

No access to the Community Club

Getting Around:

For maximum flexibility, we recommend having a car.



-The home offers quick and easy access to major highways and roads.



-Reach downtown Denver in about 30 minutes, and Boulder in just 20 minutes.



-Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Flatirons Mall, and scenic hiking trails are all a short drive away.



-You'll find grocery stores, dining options, and local shops just minutes from the property.



-Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay.

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement; failure to do so will result in eviction without a refund.

A $500 security deposit is required for bookings of more than 30 nights.

We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. We love taking good care of both our guests and our neighbors!

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. A $250 penalty will apply if any evidence of smoking is found.

Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed, we do permit authorized pet for a fee of $100 per pet per stay.

“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.
