Sleeping Accommodations
* The main-level primary master king features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub, a desk, a sitting area, and stunning lake views.
* Three upper-level king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, all with views of the lake.

Extra sleeping arrangements include
* Upper-level bunkroom with two twin/full bunks (2 twins and 2 fulls) and two twin/queen bunks (2 twins and 2 queens) with lake view.

This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
