Welcome to the Coastal Reef Cottage, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-story condo located on Destin Harbor, with beach access and surrounded by the best of Destin’s waterfront charm. With walkable access to HarborWalk Village, local eateries, and water activities, you’re perfectly placed to relax or explore.

Inside, the open concept living area invites you to unwind on the sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper and a smart TV ready for streaming. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy morning coffee or the salty breeze after a day on the sand.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. Enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats the whole group comfortably.

One of the best stays I’ve ever booked! Host is so friendly and attentive. Property was so amazing for the price and worked great with having littles. We were able to tan on the balcony while my son napped which was perfect considering how seriously I take my tan time at the beach. The beach access was also so amazing because it was not crowded at all and had hoses to rinse sand off. Loved all of the extras that are provided as well (pack and play, tent, chairs, toys, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!!

A Lucky Find!

We found this place last minute and it was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. They had everything you could possibly need down to laundry detergent and paper towels! The owners were very responsive along with being helpful in places to eat, beach rentals (beach chairs, umbrellas,etc). Destin was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Super convenient

The property was very clean and looked newly remodeled. It’s very convenient by car or boat. Nice docks with easy access. The slips weren’t crowded out. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a good place in the harbor with boat docking.
