The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 20 * dlls per person per night. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of one night only. -Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. -Parking is for one car only -Pets are not allowed -No guests allowed -The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay. -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Flamingos, this single-level rental accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Wide windows invite natural light throughout the day, and the coastal setting offers an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. Your stay begins with a freshly prepared home, cleaned prior to arrival. The building staff is available around the clock for self check-in and assistance. Please note that the maximum capacity is 7 guests, with guest number 7 being a minor under 15 years old, and condominium rules count adults, children, and babies equally.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms provide space for quiet rest, each offering comfortable beds for a restorative sleep. With a total of five beds, everyone can settle in with room to unwind after days spent near the water.

The building includes an elevator and offers both free on-site and free street parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, along with a fire extinguisher, add peace of mind. Long term stays are allowed for guests planning an extended visit.

Here are some points to take into account:

1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.

2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _7_ people, being guest number _7_ a minor under 15 years old.

3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.

According to the condominium's general rules and regulations, only reservations for a minimum of 5 nights are accepted. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. -Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation. -The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
