The host was wonderful. You find everything you need there in the condo just like home away from home, very clean, we have to take off our shoes and our feet weren’t black. Definitely recommend this unit!

My wife and I stayed a t Rita's condo for 35 days ,the condo is great the views of the ocean & the mountains is just plan out fantastic. Rita is a great person to deal with ,All I can say is WOW we love Mexico AND will be returning again.

Vacation Home Away From Home

Our host was wonderful; she gave clear concise instructions and was available for questions should we have any. The condo was great! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Having in-suite laundry was also a bonus. The view was beautiful. Instead of using the AC, slept with the patio door open and listened to ocean waves - very relaxing. Grocery shopping at La Comer (best rotisserie chicken ever) and Mega was convenient.If heading into Bucerias, make sure to eat at Miguel Angel across the plaza from the flea market. Wish we could have stayed longer, but the unit was booked. Make sure to book early as this is a popular location!

MEMORABLE MEXICAN VACATION

Rita's delightful condo met all of our Christmas vacation needs. It is a well-laid-out suite with beautiful ocean views from the multiple balcony spaces. In addition, Rita has her condo extremely well-supplied with all the essential items. Whether you want to prep a lovely meal or spend the day on the beach Rita has thought t of everything. you would require. As our host, Rita went above and beyond to make sure our travel plans were complete. All the needed info about the condo and the area was well laid out in a handy binder. She even went so far as to make us a supper reservation at a festive Mexican restaurant for Christmas day to guarantee us a special supper.

Rita is a pleasure to rent from. The unit is great with lots of room and beautiful views. We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would highly recommend renting this unit.

Fantastic apartment and great facility!

Rita’s unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It has a great view from the 2 balconies. The kitchen is newly renovated with great appliances. Rita was great to deal with and always responded promptly. The facility is well run and the pools are the best we have experienced. We met many wonderful people and will definitely be returning.

A beautiful Condo....

This condo has everything one could want. A well equipped kitchen and patio with a BBQ which is a priority on my list. Friendly staff and security. Well kept grounds and pools. Miles of beaches and not too far from Bucerias to enjoy some good food at restaurants right on the beach. Rita the owner is very easy to deal with and answers your questions within the hour. We hope to return next year.

Rita condo was everything she said it was and more. The view is fantastic and the condo has everything you need. The pools and the grounds are very well kept. Our 5th stay

This is our 5th stay at Acqua complex & is always first choice when planning a trip away from the cold. Condo has everything you could want along with 2 large balconies overlooking the pools. Walk a mile to Mega store to load up with food & drink, a 65 peso cab back & you are set for a great stay. Rita is very easy to deal with & the whole complex including guards is very friendly & safe

Great Stay

We spent Christmas here, we had a great time. The Condo is fantastic, comfortable beds, lots of room, big open patios with incredible glass doors. The pools are great, beaches friendly. The guards keep everything in order. Especially the guys at the front gates. Really nice and helpful. The grocery store is just minutes away to get anything and everything. Great location, quiet,peaceful and just a short taxi into the great little town of Bucerias. We went into town most evenings and met many friendly locals and ate at many great restaurants. Rita was great to deal with, thanks for a great stay.
