The beautiful coastal style pool vacation & seasonal rental is located in a very quite neighborhood overlooking the lake, nature habitat and the golf course of the Royal Palm Golf Club in South Naples close to 5th Ave and Naples beautiful sandy beaches and the Golf of Mexico. The coastal cottage is light and bright decorated and comes with a family room and seperate living room, dining and open white shaker style kitchen with breakfast bar, wood plank flooring through-out, except carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. 2 modern and renovated full bath and a guest bath. The pool area offers great space to entertain friends and family, relax by the pool or get sun soaked while enjoying the quite but amazing view overlooking the lake, natural habitat and the Golf Course while watching a variety of birds or otters and turtles playing in the sun. Famous 5th Ave South with world class dining, entertainment, galleries & shopping as well as our famous beaches are just minutes away. The pool is electric heated for the colder winter month. The charming decorated bedroom 1+ 2 come each with a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. The living room is fully equipped with a TV and cozy sofas offering several cable television programs to choose from. Every room offers the convenience of high speed wireless internet. The house is fully stacked with fresh linens with plenty of pool and beach towels, bath towels and the modern kitchen comes fully stacked with plenty of cooking utensils, easy to clean granite counter tops and with all modern day conveniences you would expect.
Electricity costs: The electricity costs are included in the rental price at $ 25 per week. All costs in excess of this will be charged at $ 0.25/kWh.
Golf is not included but Naples offers plenty of public golf options. If you are a Pickleball enthusiast don't miss the annual Pickleball US Open Championship usually held in April of each year just around the corner. Outside the Championships the park offers plenty of public courts, where you can enjoy a nice match with old and new pickleball friends.
