Nous vous invitons, ainsi que votre famille, à passer des vacances amusantes à Clearwater Beach, Floride, dans le condominium Harborview Grande.

Ce 7ème étage, 3 chambres 2 salles de bains est spacieux avec une cuisine complète et beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. Ce condo a toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris les téléviseurs à écran plat. Sortez sur le balcon pour admirer le délicieux air chaud et salé et une belle vue sur la baie Clearwater, peut-être même vous verrez des dauphins ou des lamantins jouer dans l'eau.

Harborview Grande est situé à proximité de toutes sortes de restaurants, magasins et activités. Prenez la New Beach Walk à Pier 60 pour jouer, manger et magasiner sur le quai. Les couchers de soleil quotidiens sont gratuits !!

Le plan d'étage ouvert de 1800 pieds carrés est parfait pour l'interaction familiale. L'unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

La piscine sur site est chauffée pendant les mois de novembre à mars.

Il y a une place de stationnement assignée dans le garage couvert et une entrée sécurisée.

This condo was beautiful. It was decorated very nicely, and it had everything that we needed to have a very wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation

Property is beautiful and views from balcony are better then expected. Don’t need a car as can walk to everything. Had few issues while there but maintenance was very quick and helpful to fix.

Wonderful!!

This condo is amazing!! So much space and beautiful view! Walk to the beach is a couple minutes away. The pool is not huge and can get crowded in the afternoon, but was still very nice to have. Very well kept, had everything we needed! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Clearwater!!

The Condo's at Harborview are great.The view of The Intercoastal is amazing. They are very large and spacious. Many great reviews of Dolphin sightings. Come see us again!

Don’t leave anything behind!

Property managed by rental company and appears absentee owner, as no one keeping an eye on details. Carpets stained and not vacuumed prior to our arrival. Lights burned out, insufficient kitchen utensils, pots/pans, broken drawers/doors. Bring everything you need except coffee filters as evidently nothing else from previous renters left by cleaners. No foil, salt, sugar, spices, NOTHING. Hardly any towels stocked for our stay, they did deliver some next day after we described what was available. Final insult was our fault, my wife left her wedding/engagement rings and bracelet our daughter made in bowl on dresser in master bedroom. Unfortunately, they somehow disappeared before cleaning crew got in there…

Has potential, but the worst condo I’ve rented

I hesitate to leave this review because the management staff was polite and promptly addressed most issues when notified. However, I shouldn’t have had to deal with the following during the first three days of my stay: •No soap, cleaning supplies, or detergents, making basic hygiene and cleaning impossible. We couldn’t even was our hands the first night! •1/2 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, or garbage bags. .Significant dust on the TV table that I could not take care of without cleaning supplies. •Non-functional lights in the master bedroom, leaving me in the dark for two nights. •No hot water (the switch was off). •A living room TV that did not work until I bought batteries for the remote. It only had basic cable and an archaic remote that didn’t even have a pause button. Reading at night was impossible due to nothing more than a 40 watt light bulb in any lamp. Though the condo is beautifully decorated, it was uncomfortable, and we left two nights before the end of our two week stay. I hope this prompts better care in the future, as the building and location are otherwise excellent. I have stayed in other condos in this building and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Week at Clearwater beach

Our stay at Harbour View Grande was ok. There were no cleaning products if I wanted to clean an area such as kitchen counters. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week and 1 roll of paper towels which meant we had to go out and buy some. The master bedroom rug was soiled in many spots. We are non smokers and every time we sat on the patio the people in next condo were smoking which we could not stand and had to go inside. When the air conditioner came on it made such a loud noise. Every TV in the condo had 2 remote controllers that needed instructions on how to use but there were none. We had to figure it out. The people in the condo above us had a child which ran around and the sound was so loud it was disturbing. The beds were very comfortable

Great Condo very clean and spacious.

Very happy with the condo, as with most rental condos it could definitely use more kitchen utensils and pans, but it is a very clean spacious condo. I wish the listing would have said there were some coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and other things for the beach.

This place was great all around and I highly recommend staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was outstanding and it makes for a perfect place to work/eat/drink/relax. The apartment was actually bigger than we thought. The location is perfect and makes it easy to walk to the beach. Communication was also great with Florida Beach Rentals.

Very nice unit, plus managers are very helpful. Unit air conditioning was broke the day we checked in, but they were very accommodating while getting it fixed for us. Large condo, lots of room. The kitchen was good, but not stocked with any seasonings. The pool and deck on the small size but very nice and well kept.

Amazing Time

The unit was very spacious and in good condition. The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo was close to many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Overall, we had a great time and love Clearwater Beach!

Great spot for a family vacation

Our trip consisted of my mom, my brother and sister-in-law, my wife and I and our two toddlers. We absolutely loved our condo and our location. It was convenient, clean, and spacious. The outdoor balcony was a great spot to hang out in the evening and for a sunrise. It was easy for us to control our chaos with the two little ones in the master suite and it was a short walk to the beach. If you are looking to go back and forth from your unit to the beach, you might want to be a little closer. But if you go once a day and pack food and drinks well, this is a great spot!

Large condo very clean, great view saw a few dolphins. Taco Bus across the street had great food. Ice cream place on corner had great ice cream. Walking distance to beach, found it pretty crowded but beautiful beach. We went to Sandy Key park beach and Honeymoon island park. Did not have near the crowds, beaches there a little rocky lots of shells. Honeymoon island had a cafe, Sandy Key had a food truck.

Wonderful Condo!!

What can I say the place is huge and very clean. The views over the harbor are to die for. Very cozy, would definitely stay here again.Office team is there for you if needed. Compare the condo with hotels in the area and the condo wins out hands down. Everyone in the Clearwater Beach area were extremely friendly. Our favorite spot to eat was the Gondolier. Excellent food for a great price. Jimmy’s seafood across the street also great for cocktails, music and bar bites. Enjoy because we did!!
