Bel appartement Stela avec piscine privée et bain à remous

Cet appartement de vacances avec un bain à remous et une piscine est situé sur un terrain vallonné dans un petit village de Gornje Sitno. Il est situé au premier étage et comprend trois chambres, une salle de bains, une cuisine bien équipée avec un salon, d'où il y a une sortie sur la terrasse. À l'entrée même, il y a une terrasse couverte avec un barbecue et une vue sur la verdure et le paysage, ce qui sera idéal pour socialiser. La piscine est exclusivement à la disposition des invités. À Stobrec et à Podstrana, vous trouverez de magnifiques baeches en galets, ainsi que de nombreuses variétés pour les adultes et les enfants. Chaque jour, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et vous promener dans les sentiers de montagne, escalader notre falaise ou faire du vélo de montagne. La nourriture que nous pouvons obtenir de nos invités est écologique et produite dans ce petit village pastoral.
En prime, croyez-moi, le goût des légumes de saison en est une autre. Le propriétaire les aperçoit tôt le matin en nettoyant discrètement la piscine et la laisse sur la table rien que pour vous (sans frais).

What a fabulius place to stay! Nothing was too much trouble for our host, Spiro - very hospitable and welcoming. The accommodation was excellent and just what we needed for our stay. Would thoroghly recommend.

Very nice relaxing appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice and relaxing appartment. The Pool ist great. The host was also very nice and even provided some local food (cheese and ham) and beverages for the first day. He speaks fluently english. We can only recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Spiro's property. From the moment we arrived, Spiro made us feel incredibly welcome—he even greeted us with a beautifully prepared cheese plate and bottles of his own handcrafted wine, which were truly delicious and such a special touch.The location, while a bit challenging to get to, was completely worth it. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made for an unforgettable experience. Spiro’s communication throughout our stay was exceptional—prompt, helpful, and genuinely caring.This was one of the most memorable stays we've had, and when I’ve saved up enough to return, I will 100% be booking with Spiro again. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a top vacation in this property. Swimmingpool and jacuzzi were cleaned every morning by the owner. We also received some vegetables from the garden and no questions was to much for Stiro. We certainly recommend a stay in this property.

Great base for Split, Trogir and the area

Simple, clean accommodation with a great pool. Friends advised us not to stay in Split and this was a great choice. Property is smoker friendly, we had a problem with the a/c but Spiro resolved same day. Would return if in the area.

Stunning apartment in beautiful location

We had a fantastic week here. Spiro was so welcoming and was so thoughtful in preparing some food and drink for us after a long journey. The apartment is very well appointed and the terrace with pool, hot tub, BBQ and covered eating area was just lovely. This was a true gem of a place to stay. The views from the apartment are stunning and the sunsets were spectacular from the terrace. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Loved it

We loved our stay at Špiro’s place for the second week of our holiday. It’s lovely inside. Very spacious and modern with AC throughout, which was lovely. We spent most of our time by the pool area which is lovely and has a great view of the valley. We even had fresh figs and plums from the garden available to eat whenever we wanted. We’d love to stay there again. Cheers

We had a really enjoyable 2-week stay at Apartment Stela. Whilst the location is a little challenging to reach, once you have done it once or twice then it’s fine and it’s definitely worth it. The Apartment itself is spacious, clean and very well equipped but the main attraction has to be the stunning views. The outdoor space is private and the surroundings are peaceful, we spent many late afternoons / early evenings around the pool and hot tub watching the sunset over the hills. Špiro was an excellent host, leaving some welcome food and drink in the fridge for our arrival and regularly being in touch to check we were OK and whether we needed anything. In terms of general location and things to do in the area, Omis is a town on the coast about 25 minutes drive and Split is about the same distance in the other direction. Trogir is about 45 minutes away. We did a mixture of sightseeing and activities including zip lining and rafting on the Cetina river, both of which are close by and highly recommended. A big thanks to Špiro and his parents who live above the apartment and who were very friendly and welcoming!

Perfect family stay

We had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The views are stunning and we loved being away from the “hustle and bustle” of the main towns but still within easy access of them by car. The apartment had plenty of space and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Spiro was extremely welcoming and hospitable, he stocked the fridge with lots for us to enjoy! He also cleaned our pool every morning, before we were awake so it was very inviting when we stepped outside onto the terrace. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit which was really helpful and in general he was just so lovely. It was a perfect stay for me, my husband and my 2.5 year old. Thank you!

An amazing place to stay. Superb!!

We had a wonderful week in Spiro's villa. We had a very warm welcome, including wine, bread, cheese and a ham platter. Spiro also said we could pick produce from the family's garden including figs, tomatoes and cucumbers - a really nice gesture. The swimming pool, hot tub and outside area was superb - spacious and with lovely views. They were the perfect hosts: friendly but not intrusive. Spiro, gave us suggestions on where we could visit including beeches, markets and restaurant suggestions. This was a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay and only 25 minutes from central Split. Perfect accommodation and hosts and very clean and tidy inside and out. We would highly recommend Spiro's villa it has everything you need. Thanks Leon & Nicola.

Very nice holiday home with swimming pool and jacuzzi in the mountains!

Very good! Spiro is a great host! a stocked refrigerator upon arrival 👌 and we were allowed to enjoy unlimited house wine 👍 everything is very neat and clean. a very spacious stay. temperature was pleasant. The house has shutters all around. We didn't even have the air conditioning on all the time. Breakfast outside under the canopy every day. and a large BBQ for the evening. Split and Omis nearby. We even went from Omis to Makarska Riviera for a day with scooters, beautiful! we had a good stay. Spiro's parents live above it. We were not bothered by that, we had more than enough privacy in the house. in short, highly recommended. Who wants to enjoy a house with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in Croatia!

Stunning property in the perfect location

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Stela apartment and couldn't recommend it more highly. It is spacious, perfectly clean and very well equipped. The setting is stunning and the swimming pool is luxurious with the beautiful view whether the sun is just rising or setting. The owner, Spiro, was keen to ensure our holiday was enjoyable and helpfully recommended restaurants and amenities. We were encouraged to pick the delicious vegetables from the garden and were supplied almost daily with fresh figs. He and his wife even took us for a day trip to a nearby island by boat - a wonderful day out that we'll always remember. There is plenty to do nearby with great beaches around Omis (Nemira was a favourite), the historic towns of Split and Trogir and Krka National Park within easy reach. Rafting on the Cetina River provided some adventure for our teenagers. The mountain setting and links to a local family provide an opportunity to step away from the tourist trail and get to know a little bit more about Croatia.

The best equipped villa we have ever stayed in with the most welcoming host

We spent 2 weeks in Spiro’s beautiful villa and have to say it was the best equipped place we have ever stayed in all our travels. Spiro and his family were so kind and welcoming with every small detail thought of, from mosquito repellent plugs, wasp repellant coils to a fridge stocked full of fantastic homemade wine and liqueurs to a whole watermelon and Dalmatian ham and cheese platter. Spiro even arranged a cake for my daughter’s birthday at my request and provided a bottle of Prosecco to accompany it. His dad provided us with figs from their garden. It was heavenly. The beds were so comfortable, the pool spotlessly clean and the hot tub a welcome treat in which to watch the sun set over the mountains with a glass of wine. You do need a car to get to restaurants and supermarkets but we liked staying away from the hub of the coast in a local mountain village with all its charms. In any event a 20 minute drive gets you to the beach and plenty of places to eat. As well as the beach (we loved Brela in particular which was a 45 minute drive) we visited Omis for canoeing and zip lining, Salina for Roman ruins, Kliss fortress (for Game of Thrones fans), Trogir and even went to Brac Island by ferry. Spiro and his lovely daughter Stela also took us out on a boat to Ciovo island for swimming, lunch and beaches, all only for the price of their lunch. We spent 3 nights in Split at the end of our stay with Spiro but all the city’s delights can also be sampled in a half hour drive from the villa. Do not hesitate to book, you will love the villa, Spiro and his beautiful family. Hvala!

Villa et accueil très sympathique

Spiro a facilité notre arrivée plus tôt et nous a accueilli avec de nombreuses surprises. La villa est située à une vingtaine de minutes de split. Nous avons apprécié le calme avec la piscine , le spa et les séances calins avec les chats.

Ein Ferienhaus, das auch für Senioren gut geeignet ist

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Split, Omis, Trogir, Sibenik, Krka-Nationalpark, herrliche Strände )sind gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Spiro ist äußerst gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool und Whirlpool sind hervorragend und die Gesamtausstattung des Hauses ist optimal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Prachtig gelegen huis als iitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Spiro. Hij is een uitzonderlijke goeie gastheer die ons het gevoel gaf helemaal thuis te zijn. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten zelfs onze electrische auto opladen op de property. En we kregen heerlijke verse biologische groenten uit eigen tuin. Met bij aankomst een gevulde ijskast met drinken, watermeloen en hapjes. Al met al, geweldig! Dankje Spiro voor de goeie zorgen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war genau so wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Alles war sauber und wir wurden mit vielen lieben Aufmerksamkeiten nach der langen Autofahrt begrüßt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir Erwachsenen haben den tollen Ausblick und den warmen Whirlpool sehr genossen. Sollten wir mal wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Region planen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Fantastic Family Holiday 5*

What a fabulous villa and location, we visited for two weeks with our children (7 yrs and 10 yrs), the Villa is exceptionally well kept and has everything you will need, Spiro also left us a whole array of goodies for when we arrived including watermelon, ham and cheese platter and an array of his family produced wine and liquor’s . It was a wonderful welcome after arriving quite late in the evening. The Villa is in an excellent location for exploring, especially the more family friendly areas towards Omis, we also went to the starry night Observatory which is only 10 minutes away and the children really loved that. As well as the Krka waterfalls, Trogir and a whole array of different forts to explore nearby. Spiro is an excellent host and was available to recommend restaurants and give advice on days out etc, even managed to find us number ella stand we needed for the beach. You will need a car, only thing to be aware of is the villa has a steep drive that can be quite hard to turn in. The sunsets from the villa are amazing! Would highly recommend a stay at this villa.
