Great relaxing stay on Sant Rosa beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was "fully" functional, stocked with all necessities, neat, clean and made for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect! This villa is located at the very end of the complex which means the beach access was literally right across the street and there is a crosswalk which helps cross the ever busy 30A road. The place is clean and well kept and very spacious. The balcony is perfect for a morning coffee. Everything is within walking distance as well. We walked to seaside in about 30 minutes, coffee shop right next door, ice cream shop about 10 minutes away, and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand!

Lovely condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo for mini getaway with my mother, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean and safe accommodation with the beach just mere steps away, and being able to control the temperature of the condo was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for access to shops and restaurants. This is my second experience booking with Benchmark and I'm already planning my next trip!
