Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 18P 5&6 – Your Maui Getaway. Experience the best of island living in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of Kapalua. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, this beautifully appointed villa offers central A/C and sweeping views of the Kapalua Golf Course, overlooking the 1st and 10th fairways.

The first bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, generous storage space, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, which can be converted into two twin beds upon request, making it ideal for families or friends. The second bathroom offers added convenience, with a walk-in tiled shower for easy access.

Enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing meals at home. After a day spent exploring Maui or teeing off on the golf course, unwind on your spacious private lanai. Watch the sunset, share a meal, and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, D.T. Fleming Beach, Honolua Bay, and more!

We loved staying at Steven's condo. The beds are super comfy, the condo spacious and well set up. The view from the lanai is beautiful and a great place for breakfast and dinners. Only a short walk to some of the best beaches and snorkelling, and to the Honalua store for any essentials. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic setting!

Gound level condo overlooking the golf course , with the ocean in view. Clean and well kept area with all of the amenities within a short distance, but the real plus was the owners ability to help you find the attractions that you wanted to make your vacation fit your needs. He was fantastic!

Wonderful Stay at Kapalua Golf Villas

The property is exactly as it is represented. Beautiful views on the golf course, complimentary transportation throughout the grounds, all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay on Maui. We had an amazing stay at Steven's condo. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of four. The condo has multiple pools which the kids enjoyed and easy access to beaches. Steven was attentive to any of our needs and kind enough to give us lots of tips on places to eat and beaches to check out. We would definitely come back!

My family had a fantastic stay in Kapalua. We enjoyed the condo's close proximity to a number of beautiful beaches and coves for swimming and snorkeling, the pool, sitting on the lanai at night looking at the stars over the the golf course, and the spacious and clean accommodations. It was plenty of room for 4 adults and a toddler. Steven was easy to communicate with and provided lots of great suggestions on beaches and restaurants to check out.

Lovely Condo!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Kapalua. This condo was right on the golf course. The condo size and location were perfect for us and our two teenage grandchildren. It is a lovely condo with easy access to everything. The owners were great with answering any questions and were quick to respond.

A warm welcome!

We recently stayed for ten days in this lovely condo with a beautiful view of the 10th and 18th bay course at Kapalua. The condo was very clean and came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside for us was the three flights of stairs down to reach it ,but once in you are on one level. Would recommend for a lovely stay.
