This property was beautiful! A well kept, well appointed condo with everything we could have needed. The kitchen is well stocked, host was extremely kind and responsive, and the proximity to the beach, pool, store, and restaurants was excellent! We will be back!

Great Place!!!!

This condo was perfect!!! If you are looking for a quiet place on the island with golf course and ocean views, and walking distance to the beach is the place. We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations. We would definitely stay here again….

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon. The place was very clean and cozy, and offered amazing views of the sea, surrounding mountains, and of course the Kapalua Bay Course. This unit is tucked away from the resort life and gave us a very cozy and homey feel, perfect for what we were looking for. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect condo in an amazing location and in pristine condition.

We stayed for 2 weeks, the property is everything we expected. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with all the cooking utensils and tools required and then some. It was very clean and everything was in good working condition. We did enjoy our time there and would highly recommend it to families looking for a not too busy area while still in short driving distance to major attractions.

Beautiful location. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Filled with lots of amenities. The only drawback was that the refrigerator was not working. Good thing we had family staying in another unit where we could store our perishables.

We appreciate all comments from our guests. The refrigerator was ordered and replaced as soon as we found out it had stopped functioning on the day the guests arrived. We offered to find another place for this family, but they wanted to remain at Kapalua in our condo. It now has a beautiful new French Door refrigerator. Yea!

Had a lovely visit in Maui

I really enjoyed residing at this townhome. It was spacious and had a lovely view of the golf course outside the patio window. My only complaint is that there were dust bunnies behind the bathroom door which indicated that it wasn’t throughly cleaned although we paid for this service. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back to visit.

We love to get honest reviews from our guests which keeps us aware of any issues. We have a Bosch Washer and Dryer in this bathroom which means that most probably a dryer lint ball may have gathered behind the door. Our housekeeper has been notified. Again, we appreciate input from our guests.

Vacation of a Lifetime!

The Kapalua Golf Villas were amazing! We had a wonderful vacation taking our grandson and his girlfriend for their graduation trip! The villa made our trip like home away from home. The view was spectacular! I loved eating my breakfast and doing my Bible study on the patio each morning. Absolutely breathtaking! The location of the villa was so close to everything. It was a real treat to be on the 4th hole of the Bay course and see my husband and grandson play that hole and snap pictures. Everything was perfect. The beds were beyond comfortable. I had the best sleep I have ever had. Thank you so much for the excellent accommodations! We definitely will return for more visits.

Nice Stay in Good Location

We had a nice stay at this condo. The area is very quiet but close to everything. The condo itself is nice although older, but it has been updated. There were five of us and we had more than enough space. The patio was a nice spot to hangout and the choice of multiple pools was great. Overall I would recommend.

Perfect stay for family

The unit was perfect for our family. We were here for a wedding and it was the perfect location for everything. We were a little frustrated with check in because we were there promptly at 3 and our unit wasn’t ready till 3:30 but it was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing

Very good experience. Zero disturbance from neighbors. Check in was a bit difficult to find at night but we managed. All appliances were functional. Great shower experience. Modern updated look. AC was required…. Trade winds shifted during our stay. The golf property is 1st class. Wish all the clock times were coordinated! Lol.

Can't Wait to Book Again

Lovely property and owner. We went with our small children and appreciated that the house was stocked with everything you could need for the pool and beach, including toys, beach chairs, snorkel masks. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent property with excellent views. Greenery, sea and mountains all can seen from property.

Well maintained and has all facilities you need for comfort. Better than any stars hotel. Kitchen is well maintained with all accessories including spices. Would love to stay for longer period just to enjoy the property.

Perfect Kapalua Villa!

This villa was perfect for our Maui trip. The location in Kapalua is stunning and the grounds are pristine. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the huge lanai overlooking the golf course. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each have their own temperature controls, which we loved! The entire villa is comfortable, beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and all of the beach supplies. Everything you could need in Maui is at your disposal. Bev was also a lovely host. She responded instantly to any of my messages. We already cannot wait to rebook our next Maui trip at Bev’s villa. Mahalo!
