The Cave - Rustic, hiking, biking, fishing, Amish

The Cave is a tastefully decorated unit that is accessed through the rear of the building, and you will descend down a flight of stairs to the entrance. The washer and dryer are located outside the main door of the unit. The main door to the suite is then to the left, where you will enter into the rear of the space. You’ll pass the three bedrooms and a small office alcove and then reach the main living space of the unit. There is a cozy couch, and full eat-in kitchen.

Guests will have access to the basement unit, street parking and washer and dryer. There is an emergency exit-only door at the end of the suite which is outfitted with an alarm. The door and exit can only be used in case of an emergency.

The Cave is located on a very quiet street. There are a lot of fun things to do in Downtown Massillon, which is just over a mile from this location.

Cleveland is 1 hour drive
Akron is 20-30 minute drive
Canton (Civic Center and Hall of Fame) is
approximately 18 minute drive

This location also sits a couple blocks away from the main state route that take you directly into the heart of Amish country that is just a 30 min scenic drive into Berlin Ohio.

It also sits about 6 blocks away from the Ohio and Erie Canal bike trail with countless miles of hiking and biking. Along with river fishing and a canoe/ kayak livery about 2 miles away.

There is plenty of street parking

**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered `standard`.

HVAC is controlled in upstairs unit.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
No Parties
No smoking (it is permitted outside, but the butts must be disposed of properly)
Keep food in the kitchen and stored (to avoid attracting unwanted pests)
Obey Local, State and Federal Laws (any violation will result in immediate removal with no refund)
Only registered number of guests are permitted
Strict quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM (Since this is a duplex, it is very important to be mindful of the guests in the adjacent unit)
