The Space:
Nestled on the 8th floor of the Grand Venetian, this beautiful luxury condo promises an experience like no other. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of local charm. The highlight? A private balcony that offers breathtaking sunset views and the calming sound of the sea every day.

The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, the living area features a comfortable sofa bed. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal, the fully-equipped kitchen has got you covered.

Location is key, and this condo doesn't disappoint. Just 15 minutes from both the airport and the vibrant Malecon, you're also right next to the La Isla Shopping Mall. Craving some local cuisine? A plethora of restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away.

And when you're in the mood for some relaxation, the condo's common areas beckon. Dive into the swimming pools, unwind in the whirlpool, or challenge someone to a game in the game room. Whatever your heart desires, this condo is sure to make your Puerto Vallarta stay unforgettable.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy a prime location in Puerto Vallarta! The condo is situated on one of the city’s favorite beaches, Playa del Holy. Just a short walk away, you’ll find La Isla Shopping Village, filled with fantastic shops to explore. Across the street is Altamar, a top spot for dining and nightlife with renowned restaurants like La Dolce, La Vaca, Campomar, Sala de Despecho, and La Santa. Artepil Spa, one of the most recognizes local spas is just 2 blocks away. Thanks to its central location, getting around is easy, whether by bus, car, or Uber.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 4.8 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo DĂ­az Ordaz International Airport (PVR). You'll have access to underground parking for your convenience if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita, can safely store their luggage, and only need to purchase a meal. Let us know in advance, and we’ll gladly make the arrangements for you!
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us:
- In the rainy season (July, August, Sept), it is possible that the river that passes by one side takes a little water towards the beach to which the condominium has direct access.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available for rent upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

We like to give our guests the freedom and privacy. However, we are always close by if you need something, you can locate us very easily.

Unfortunately, the condo was not ideal, zero maintain, desperate need of a renovation, and filthy. We ended up washing all linen, towels, floors, dishes, etc The furniture was old and stained. There was 3 of us and the sofa was horrendous to sleep on. The bathroom had a septic smell the entire time of our stay. The washer did not work well. But the dryer did. In the beginning we tried numerous times to contact the host and was unsuccessful. We ended up contacting VRBO and they even had a hard time contacting the host and seemed concerned as well. Finally, we were contacted so we could ask questions about the condo, which turnout to be incorrect. The view from the balcony is not what you would expect! We tried numerous time to find other accommodations but by the time they had a reply the place was booked up. And we had come with another couple to the Grand Venetian and there was no other available condos. The Grand Venetian grounds are great and GV restaurant as well. we would recommend GV but not this condo.

The Grand Venetian is a large complex of privately owned condos, including beautiful pools, grounds, poolside food and beverage service, a gym, and a restaurant. Security is very strong and the location is part way between the marina and the malecon/Zona romantica.The unit was well equipped and included generous touches like cold beer, laundry soap, coffee and milk, etc. The floor plan and amenities are very good. The ocean view also looks over the public beach access and river outlet which is interesting but not picturesque. Communication with the property manager was sometimes excellent and sometimes frustrating. Cleaning was free and easy to organize, as was drinking water bottle replacement. The washing machine did not work properly for the entirety of our state. While it was helpful that the property manager did arrange to pick up our laundry and have it cleaned and return to us one time, it was frustrating when we kept being told it would be fixed and then was not. It was an ongoing issue for a full two weeks.The sunset views from the deck every night were stunning and a highlight of staying at this property. Decor touches also did complement the condo’s aesthetic.
