Le Grand Venetian est une belle station balnéaire parfaitement située sur la plage, au cœur de la zone hôtelière, à seulement 10 minutes de route du centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta et du port de plaisance. Le complexe dispose d'équipements tels qu'un centre de remise en forme, un bar / salon, un hall magnifique et un centre d'affaires / informatique doté d'une connexion Internet gratuite. Trois énormes piscines à débordement surplombent l'océan, le centre-ville et les montagnes. Elles sont complétées par une pataugeoire parfaite pour les enfants.

Ce magnifique condo est situé au 4ème étage et a une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Un lit king size confortable avec un matelas haut de gamme, des oreillers et des draps en lin fin pour votre confort ultime! Une salle de bain luxueuse avec une grande douche en verre fermée. Le condo a un balcon avec un jacuzzi privé. Le balcon vous permet de vraiment profiter des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et de regarder le feu d'artifice tous les soirs!

Cette unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une salle à manger et un grand salon avec télévision à écran plat et offre une vue incroyable sur l'océan. Internet privé. L'un des sièges relaxant et profilé surplombant l'océan est tellement incroyable que vous ne voudrez plus vous lever. Les finitions luxueuses abondent, car cette unité est dotée de salles de bains en granit et en marbre, d'une télévision à écran plat, ainsi que d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge.

This unit was great. The complex, the view, the amenities, and the well provisioned unit were awesome. The host and property manager were fabulous to deal with and were very responsive and informative. I loved my stay at the Grand Venetian and would live to book this unit again next year.

Relaxing and comfortable

Well maintained property that is beautiful with a great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were top notch. The only negative is that pool side drinks from restaurant are over priced and weak, but that doesn’t reflect the accumulation.

We loved our stay! Beautiful oceanfront condo. Condo was close to the pool and great views! Bed was comfortable, and there was AC, if needed. Pamela communicated with us whenever we had a question. We recommend this condo!

Beautiful View and Condo

We spent a week in this beautiful place. The location of the condo in the resort was amazing - had a great view of the pools and beach. Loved the restaurant on site. Also enjoyed the restaurants nearby - especially the Italian restaurant a short walk north, the brazilian restaurant and pizza restaurant across the street. The bed was very comfy, too, which is so important to us.

Awesome trip!

Another great visit! I love staying at this condo. Elizabeth is very easy to deal with, and a great communicator. Juan Carlos picked me up at the airport and made me feel like a VIP. We stopped at the grocery store, then he took me to the condo and made sure that I knew how everything worked. This was my third stay at this condo and I will be back. I saw humpback whales right from the balcony, truly a memorable experience for me! Thanks so much!

Awesome property, great vacation!

This condo has an amazing view. I loved sitting in the jacuzzi tub on the balcony watching the fireworks every night. The owner was very helpful and Juan Carlos, the local manager, picked me up from the airport, took me to a grocery store and then got me settled into the unit. He was available to answer all my questions and gave me some great information. I highly recommend this experience.

Great condo, and great vacation!

Property was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was the most comfortable, and the fans and air conditioning made for the best sleeps after long days in the sun! Costco is in walking distance and a cheap taxi ride back so very easy to get groceries. The condo had everything that we needed, and the host checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else! We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of the ocean from our private patio.

PARADISE!

This beautiful property was so awesome! From the very secure gated condo units to the incredible and kind staff to the immaculate gardens, pools, and hot tubs. This place is TOP NOTCH! The host was easy to reach, and answered any of my questions. Having a washer and dryer meant I could pack much less and have clean clothes packed for when I got home. It was pure heaven on earth!!!!

Wonderful place to stay

This property had it all. Great views, amazingly well stocked amenities for the kitchen and bathroom and a very comfy bed. The restaurant on site served delicious meals that were well priced with courteous , extremely friendly service every time. We did a lot of our own cooking, but with this restaurant being so good, we opted out of cooking more than we expected. The owner of the condo checked in to be sure all was well, as did the property manager, several times. Wonderful maid service as well so linens were changed and washed and the rest of the place was kept beautifully clean. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Nice but a little bit noisy

We have been to Grand Venitian many Times but our first stay in Tower 1000. It is close to The Sunscape resort and was a bit too noisy for us. Other than that, the unit was very well equipped with linen and dishes. Big water bottles were waiting for us and it was really appreciated. Thanks to Juan Carlos the manager who was always available and Karla, the lovely cleaning lady. Thanks to Elizabeth,the owner.

Excellent Condo in Puerto Vallarta

This condo is in a great location, right between our two favorite areas - the Malecon and Marina Vallarta. We could walk to many restaurants, movies, grocery stores, and Costco. Uber was a great and inexpensive way to get around. The restaurant on the property is excellent (get the mixed fajitas) and the pools and grounds are beautiful. The beach right out front is amazing and you can walk forever. The balcony has amazing views and a comfortable chaise lounge we spent many hours enjoying. Communication with the property manager Carlos was easy and he was very accommodating. The King bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the condo was very comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom. We will definitely come back!

What Wonderful Guests!!!! These are the kind of people you want renting from you!! How Blessed was I to have them!!! I always come to Puerto Vallarta to add new things to my condo - this year is a special coffee cabinet with Coffee Cups and Coffees and some new chairs for the big balcony I came right after Bruce and his partner and I can tell they spent their precious time organizing things here and I absolutely love it!!! How amazing are these guests!!! Bruce you are Always Welcome and Invited to come anytime and stay I hope you will think of this as your second home! Thank you again!!!

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

My husband and I spent five nights at this beautiful condo. Both our host, Elizabeth, and her property manager were extremely helpful in getting us set up and answering any questions. The property is exactly as described on the website. The view is spectacular. We saw whales just offshore while having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The facilities, including amazing pools, are perfect!! The unit itself is completely set up with everything you could possibly need, and then some. The Grand Venetian is so conveniently located, close to everything. Downtown is just a short taxi drive away, shopping is walking distance, lots of great places to eat in the area. We would definitely love to stay in this unit again in the future!!! Thank you, Elizabeth!!!

Beautiful Resort, Poor Accommodation

This resort was very nice and well kept. We would give it a 4.5 star. Our condo however left a lot to be desired. It was old, dirty, and rundown. -We had bugs in the cupboards and on the counter top -Most pots and pans were unusable, dishes were all mismatched. -Only cheap plastic chairs and a small bistro set to sit on the balcony. The balcony lounge chair is a joke! -Tv never worked properly. -We were asked not to use the dishwasher as it didn't work well. -No AC the first 3 days -Furniture is all old and very tiered. Throw blankets and toss cushions to try and cover up how wore out they are. -Countertops in the bathroom are cracked around the splash and the wall -Shower had mould forming in the corners at the ceiling and the floor We contacted the owner to try and resolve some of the issues. She basically sent a cleaner in to deal with the bugs and said if we weren't satisfied with the place we could just leave and go elsewhere. She took it very personally and said I had insulted her. We expected much more within such a beautiful resort.

I really want all guests to have a wonderful time in Beautiful Puerto Vallarta…. Sorry to say but this guest was looking for something ie a free stay…? I explained that tea leaves and coffee sometimes spill in the cupboards, they poured wine on the kitchen counter tops and wondered why a fruit fly would come in… things just didn’t make sense what they were complaining about so we had the place cleaned again and I offered to return their payments so they could stay somewhere else, I offered to help find them another place They did not want to leave…

Do not rent from Elizabeth

Pros: Location, Manager Juan Carlos. Cons: Upon arrival we and Juan Carlos entered a hot and humid condo to discover there was no working AC. Later we learned from Elizabeth that the previous guests may have caused the AC to break. She gave no timeline for its repair. The cable TV was broken. Not a big deal, we're in PV. Turned on the hot water. No water came out. Not no hot water, NO WATER. Elizabeth's response "That's strange". She told us that she was trying around the clock to fix all of this. We knew before we arrived that the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working. No big deal to us. But when we went to the kitchen cupboard we found few dishes. We then discovered that the broken dish washer was full of DIRTY dishes. Disgusting. Day two we were moved to a very nice condo next door. We spent 5 days there. During those 5 days a crew of contractors worked each day to renovate, repair, and replace appliances to make Elizabeth's condo livable. Why wasn't this done prior to our arrival? We met many friendly people at the pool. While discussing our situation with one fellow he asked, "You didn't rent from Elizabeth did you?" Blew us away. During our stay we met two other people who had rented from Elizabeth and were equally dissatisfied. We have reservations for the Grand Venetian next year, but not with Elizabeth. That she could rent a condo in such disrepair is inexcusable. Grand Venetian is great!

This guest was given 5 Star Treatment All things were and are fixed and You were given 5 star treatment everyday you were moved next door including all bags all expenses I paid for including extra maid services daily Your Bags were moved by Property Manager and you were taken very good care of daily and all things provided for You also received daily inquiries to see if you needed anything Things always break in Hotels and Condos While most people stay in the current place while repairs are being done I choose to pay 100 percent for you to stay right next door while repairs were being done so you did not have to be inconvenienced I have many guests that stay repeated Year after year none that come in November so very unkind to lie you met people down by the Pool who have stayed at my place All things have been fixed and the condo is beautiful and many people are very happy through the years of staying here Owners should beware of renting to this person think three times and read the full review and response

Gorgeous views!

The owner really cares about her property. It was unfortunate that there was a pipe leak in the condo above that was not this owner’s fault and completely out of her control. Since it affected my stay she has generously offered me a free week. She also flew there as soon as possible and stayed herself a month to make sure the condo was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend staying here and this will be my go-to place every time I visit PV, which is usually every year! The owner is easy to get hold of via text or phone and she will make sure your vacation is the best it can be!

Definitely not high end as advertised with many deficiencies including black mould, plus more

Disappointed. Over priced. Owner does not respond to problems. Property manager is way too busy with other properties plus he works at a restaurant. Condo has been sadly neglected and in dire need of sprucing up. Toilet in en-suite flushes every 20 mins which makes sleeping difficult and in addition, the bedroom window is not outside the building but overlooks the internal corridor lit up all night long. Kitchen sink did not drain. Had to use a toilet plunger. Black mould in bedroom. The Grand Venetian complex is amazing and there are way better condos than this one with responsible owners/hosts.

I have been renting for over 10 years here, 99% wonderful guests and many return year after year. This is the 1%. I come at least twice a year and make sure all is well and buy new pillows, blankets etc... The second day Barbara complained and the Property Manager said she just wanted money back and a free vacation. She never asked to be moved to another unit. She wanted different sheets, we bought them, they broke the microwave, we replaced, they wanted a different blender, we bought a new one, they broke the brand new garbage disposal, we had to redesigned pipes, they called the Property Manager every single day, turn on the TV etc... he did, they broke the handle of toilet, we replaced new system after they left, we would have while they were there if we knew. We had 3 construction engineers check for mold....NONE found. 99% of my guests I have great communication with. The Grand Venetian is a wonderful place, but we are not a Hotel. All the condos here are in good order and we have the best views in all of P.V. I don't think the G.V. is the right place for this guest.
