Nestled on the 8th floor of the Grand Venetian, this beautiful luxury condo promises an experience like no other. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of local charm. The highlight? A balcony that offers breathtaking sunset views and the calming sound of the sea every day and your own private ocean-view spa tub.
The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, air mattress and linens are available in the unit that can accommodate extra sleeping space if needed. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal, the fully-equipped kitchen has got you covered.
Location is key, and this condo doesn't disappoint. Just 15 minutes from both the airport and the vibrant Malecon, you're also right next to the La Isla Shopping Mall. Craving some local cuisine? A plethora of restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away.
And when you're in the mood for some relaxation, the condo's common areas beckon. Dive into the swimming pools, unwind in the spa tub, or challenge someone to a game in the Game Room. Whatever your heart desires, this condo is sure to make your Puerto Vallarta stay unforgettable.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.
Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

Enjoy a prime location in Puerto Vallarta! The condo is situated on one of the cityâs favorite beaches, Playa del Holy. Just a short walk away, youâll find La Isla Shopping Village, filled with fantastic shops to explore. Across the street is Altamar, a top spot for dining and nightlife with renowned restaurants like La Dolce, La Vaca, Campomar, Sala de Despecho, and La Santa. Artepil Spa, one of the most recognizes local spas is just 2 blocks away. Thanks to its central location, getting around is easy, whether by bus, car, or Uber.
Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo DĂaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). You'll have access to underground parking for your convenience if you are arriving by car.
Other Things to Note:
If you arrive before check-in or want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta after check-out, take advantage of our special arrangement with Mangos Beach Club downtown. Our guests receive a complimentary margarita, can safely store their luggage, and only need to purchase a meal. Let us know in advance, and weâll gladly make the arrangements for you!

- In the rainy season (July, August, Sept), it is possible that the river that passes by one side takes a little water towards the beach to which the condominium has direct access.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack nâ Play travel crib and highchair are available for rent upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
