Harbour House 308 is a third floor hotel condo studio on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort's location and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. If that's not enough, your home away from home is also located right off the back bay with it's active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant and a myriad of other clubs and shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. Sliding glass doors open to furnished balcony overlooking the street below with the colorful shops, restaurants and partial views of the back bay. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
