Cette chambre rénovée roi piscine duplex maison est située sur une rue calme très proche de tous commerces et restaurants du quartier de Times Square / Pier. Avec la plage à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons que vous pouvez avoir le meilleur des deux mondes. Profitez de la piscine extérieure pacifique, Tiki Bar et barbecue du poisson frais de nos marchés locaux sur votre gril à gaz. A l'intérieur, un concept ouvert salon dispose d'un salon avec une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, salle à manger et d'une fantastique cuisine, bien équipée. Louer le deuxième côté pour un prix réduit et d'avoir une seule grande unité de deux chambres roi.

La chambre Roi dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et un espace de stockage pour vos choses. Le canapé dans le salon se déplie pour accueillir deux autres personnes, pour un total de 4 personnes de ce côté. Il y a une porte verrouillable qui peut être ouverte de l'autre côté et qui peut accueillir 5 personnes, pour un total de 9 couchages. Si vous réservez les deux côtés, le deuxième côté est à moitié prix, sauf en saison ..

Tess the host was great. She was quick with any communication and to answer any questions. The property was nice and clean. Small bedroom and bathroom, but a nice common area with kitchen, seating, and tv. Great for a couple get away. You can not beat the location. Right across the street from the beach. A 3 minute walk to the white sandy beaches of Fort Meyers. The back area of the property was great with a heated pool, patio furniture, and a washer/dryer. An easy walk downtown for bars and restaurants, about 1/2 mile. Be careful if you leave the island as the bridge can get busy and backed up at peak beach times. We rented bikes close to the property at Quicky which was convenient and worked well to travel the island when we didn't want to drive. Sunsets are beautiful. The Beach Bar and The Whale great for views. Overall, our stay was great. Good property and host. Property clean and convenient. We would recommend this property to a couple traveling to Fort Meyers for a beach getaway!

The host was very friendly, both before and during our stay. They provided good pre-arrival information, and the property was just as advertised. It was the perfect week-long get-away. The property met all of our needs, and the FMB area is friendly and fun.

FMB 2025

Super cute place. Location is perfect. 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Times Square. Felt very safe the entire trip. Parking available. Every morning we walked to a nearby good truck for breakfast, Moms Restaurant. Definitely recommend. The Tiki Bar/pool area in the back yard is very clean and well kept. Communication was wonderful and check in was a breeze. Will stay here again for sure if the opportunity presents itself! We had a wonderful trip!

Very relaxing place

Although it was small, it was perfect for my wife and I. We ended up having the pool to ourselves most of the week and the weather was perfect. Tess is a great host and even toured us another one of her rentals for a possible winter stay. She was quick to respond and prompt on addressing our concerns. Thank you Tess

Nice place, , private pool, all the supplier’s you need , just minutes to the beach and or you can walk 5 to 6 blocks to Times Square still rebuilding from there hurricane but an absolute beautiful place! Will go back, owner was always available when needed.

Tess is an amazing host

This was a perfect place for my husband and my dog and me. Small but it worked well for us and is exactly as listed. The pool and backyard are lovely and we spent most of our time out there. Obviously, the entire area is still in the process of cleaning up and rebuilding, but there are enough restaurants and activities open and running to keep us busy! Highly recommend!

Nice location right across the street from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay the property was clean and the outside area had a nice pool and even an outdoor shower. If you are wanting privacy I recommend renting both sides. The bathroom was in the bedroom of the side we stayed in which made it not so private but we had a great time regardless. I wish the VRBO property included amenities such as coffee, creamer, and sugar, however there is a Walmart nearby so definitely not a huge issue.

Wonderful pool and privacy!

Perfect place for a girls' get-a-way. Quite a few things lacking in the kitchen-salt, pepper, sugar, etc., but understandable due to getting the place back in order after the hurricane. Would definitely stay there again!

Tess Koster is the best

Tess Koster is hands down the best BnB owner. Despite a Cat 4/5 hurricane we had the best experience and the worst. Tess went above the normal rules to provide a safe place to stay. Yes her personal home was destroyed in this hurricane but the structure of this house held strong and kept my family and I unharmed.

Great location

We rented this for an extended 3wk vacation. We booked because it was dog friendly and we were bringing our OEB. This rental is ok. Bedroom is very small - no room for suitcases or dog bed. About 1 foot walk around on 2 sides. Shower is out dated and very small. Kitchen is quaint and well stocked. There is no yard/ sand of any kind for the dog to potty. So it’s walk down the street or gravel. The pool is super nice. The space wasn’t what we were thinking esp for our dog and we requested to be moved to a different property. Also the internet was out and I was working remotely part of our stay. Tess was delightful to work with and accommodated us by allowing us to take a different space. So we only stayed one night here. Also- it’s a 5-7 minute walk straight to the beach and about 15 min to time square.

The location of Sunshine Cove really made our vacation. It’s a nice, quiet street, so close to the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants. Tess was very timely with all communications. The accommodations were okay. Although there was no loose/surface dirt, the walls, doors, and baseboards were dirty. The kitchen is small, with nice appliances, minimal drink ware (glad we had our own), chintzy silverware, enough pots/pans, 2 sizes of crockpots! (this in a small kitchen) - overall enough to survive. The bathroom is tiny, but plenty of 1-ply TP, soap, and towels. The bed is comfortable- too big for the room, but it works. Plenty of drawer space in bedroom & some closet space. Living area strangely setup. Furniture too far from TV, or at a strange angle. Pool area/tiki were nice. To get there you walk out the front door and around the side, to the back of the house. Sometimes a little awkward sharing with the neighbor. Our neighbor was very nice, but did use the tiki as his smoking lounge. Nice having a washer/dryer. Wi-Fi not strong enough to work reliably at the pool. Much of the outdoor/beach furniture is weathered, as well as the bikes & beach carts. But the location of this place makes up for the minimal accommodations!

Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars.

We got in a couple hours early which was nice! Walked to a coffee shop each morning, packed a cooler(provided) with ice from backyard icemaker and headed to the beach. We found a chaise and umbrella rental place on the beach which was more comfortable than low beach chairs. Very relaxing stay. Recommend Shuckers and Hoosiers in Paradise for meals!! There's also a beach bar that had entertainment !!

Came to Fort Myers to attend a wedding

I rented the whole house for me and my spouse to stay on one side and my daughter and her husband to stay on the other side. It was perfect for us to be together and each family have our own space. The pool and outdoor area were definitely the best features of the property. The house is smaller than I expected with too much furniture for the space. The showers are tiny. The cabinets were not very well stocked and what is there is poor quality. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It is about a mile to times square pier so easily walkable for us, but might not be for everyone.

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each side having one king bedroom with a lock out door between, pool and tiki bar, and Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 10 and located side by side each with a pool and canal. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses, and our grand kids.
. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out during the summer. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio/ Tiki Bar or swim in the heated pool and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only 1/2 a block to the beach.

Sitting under the Tiki Bar/ pool area is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 10 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shoppes. If you don't want to go that far, take the one minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The duplex with the lock out doors allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. As it makes it two king bedrooms and two baths when the doors are opened.
