Location was perfect. View was perfect. There is a closet on balcony full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim board, and toys for the sand. Good assortment of pans for cooking. Very happy with our stay!

Great location and beautiful condo

Great location, close to everything. Condo is beautifully decorated. The 3rd bedroom with full bed is very small and wished the master bedroom was facing the ocean but other than that, wonderful place.

Great location close to great restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Great view from balcony. Construction going on next door and we were never bothered by it.

Great stay

Unit is right in the heart of Orange Beach. Great beach access. Easy pool access. Parking not bad. Condo was well stocked and comfy. Loved coffee on the balcony. It healed my mind. Kids loved it. Thanks again. We’ll be back again.

Spacious

Happy with the layout, cleanliness, views, and overall property. Didn’t like that parking was an extra fee or that the gym was only accessible from 9-5 while the front desk was staffed. The kitchen water pressure was crazy low and the dishwasher didn’t have any water going to it. Never had any issues with long waits at the elevator. The deck was a good material that didn’t scorch your feet. Beach was beautiful and the balcony view was great. The balcony furniture was plentiful and sturdy. Everything seemed very clean. The master bed is not comfy though and there weren’t many blankets in the unit.

Nice Place Overall

The bedroom with the queen bed is really small. Not very many towels so we were constantly doing laundry. Beautiful condo, though. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious! The location is great! Very clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful. We found everything very clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The unit itself was very roomy and perfectly layed out. We were here with our 2 adult children and their spouses, 6 adults, and we never felt crowded or cramped. The wrap around balcony was a beautiful place to watch the dolphins play and the closet on the balcony with beach supplies was an unexpected surprise. We would definitely come back. Thankyou for your hospitality!

Girls Beach Trip

Our trip to Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was perfect for our group of girls. It was very spacious and accommodated us perfect. We loved the large wrap around balcony and enjoyed the convenience of 2 1/2 baths. With this group of girlfriends, that was very important to us. The kitchen had all that we needed and more. It was very convenient to restaurants and local attractions. We enjoyed the beautiful weather while we were there and the water was amazing. We look forward to staying there again in the near furture.

Perfect for "Girls' Getaways"!

This was a beautiful condo and we would definitely stay here again. Great view from the balcony, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! It's also a great location - right on the beach and close to The Wharf!

What a View, What a Place!!!

Wow! What can I say. This condo was well above an beyond what we expected. My fiancee and I came down to Orange Beach for a week without the kiddos. We've been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach before and have stayed in the Phoenix properties. This is, by far, the best place we have stayed. From the start, walking into the condominium complex, you will notice that it is very beautiful inside. The entryway is quiet and staff are friendly. The grounds are well-kept and the pool area is beautiful and only about a hundred yards from the beautiful white sandy beach. However, the most amazing thing about this was the unit, itself. Upon walking in, we felt like we were living in the lap of luxury. This 3 bedroom condo seems bigger than the house we live in at home. The spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private full bath is perfect for a couple like us (read: she has her own closet and bathroom). There is even a small balcony overlooking the inland scenery of Orange Beach. As you move down the hall toward the back of the condo, you will see two nice sized bedrooms on the left with a spacious bathroom shared between them (plenty of room - I know, because that was my bathroom on the stay). The rooms, all throughout are nicely decorated and the beds are quite comfortable! Outside of the third bedroom is a closet with a washer and dryer, so you can be prepared for your next day on the beach. At the end of the hall, you will have a small restroom on your left. Once you reach this point, you will be amazed at the size of the living room, dining room, and kitchen in this wide open area in front of you. I tell you, the couch was where I spent my day once (yes, too much sun makes the air-conditioning and couch feel fantastic)! Anyway, plenty of space for your morning and evening meals to be prepared and consumed. Beyond there, is a HUGE wrap-around balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Since this is a corner-unit, you can choose to look out the side and see the bridge to Florida or straight out back to watch the tide come in and see the great view that the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area beaches provide! Treat yourself and check it out! I know we would go back right now, if we could!

Beautiful Condo on the Gulf of Mexico!

This condo is gorgeous and was by far the best we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It has everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals, which we enjoyed eating on the large balcony overlooking the gulf. The master bedroom suite is spacious with its own balcony and large walk-in closet. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the other two bedrooms was perfect for our daughter and her family. With the outdoor pools, indoor pool with hot tub, and beautiful beach, we always had fun no matter what the weather was like. The only bad thing was the week went by too fast and none of us wanted to leave. It was such a relaxing week that we definitely want to return soon!

BEST WEEKEND AT GREAT CONDO

My wife just returned from Orange Beach yesterday, this unit is GREAT, very nicely furnished LOVE the balcony; the unit is on the east end of the 6th floor, so you get morning sun, which we like. Then the afternoons are really nice and shaded with nice a breeze. The unit has a really nice kitchen and lots of flat screen TV's. Wait until you see the Blue Sodalite TruStone shower and counter top in the jack & Jill bath; It's AWESOME My wife was really impressed with the fitness room and the quality of the equipment. Phoenix VIII is a smaller property than some others which makes it nice and quiet. There is a really nice beach service which you can rent chairs & umbrellas. The Brett & Robinson staff was very nice and the building has a security gaurd

Great time-great condo!

Loved this big, light unit for our vacation stay! Very well decorated and relaxing with wide beach views and huge balcony. Lots of sea birds, dolphins, and fishing boats to watch, and nice pool area. The half bath, and the jack and jill bathroom with double sinks and extra big shower, were super convenient for our family. Close to our favorite restaurants. Property is exceptionally clean and well-kept. Wifi connection was easy and reliable. We are already planning to come back for another great week!!!
