Downstairs, you’ll find a master suite with a king bed, a bonus room with a full-size daybed, a modern kitchen, and a cozy living room with a 65” smart TV. There’s also a convenient half bath on this level.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and a kid-friendly room with bunk beds and an arcade game. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also upstairs.

This home was absolutely fantastic! It was one of the most welcoming homes I have ever stayed in and was perfect for a family traveling with young kids and a dog. If you need a place to stay in the Sanford area - make this your first choice!

This is a really nice home in an excellent location. Who is enjoy yourself immensely. We were able to walk to numerous locations as well as drive to numerous entertainment venues. We found everyone in Sanford was easy to talk to, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

The location was amazing! Right next to the Historic District with everything in walkable distance. Lots of places to eat, and drink. Fun little shops to browse through. The amount of space in the home was perfect for our group. Loved both the front porch to relax and especially the back patio. Our group hung out around the firepit and stayed up late chatting in the peaceful environment. Quite mornings with lots of cardinals singing. The host left nothing out that could possibly be needed. Everything was as-advertised and the host was so easy and quick to communicate with.

Sanford is such a great little town with so much to do and this house was so close to everything that we could walk anywhere. We were in town for a little family pre Christmas break, the house was perfect for our entire family, all 8 of us. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the side yard by a fire. The house has everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy morning coffee outside and just enjoy the sunshine. The host was outstanding and everything went flawless with check in and checking out. We would definitely stay again and recommend a stay to anyone coming to Sanford.
