We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was in a great location, super close to downtown, which made everything easy to walk to. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. We loved the little extra touches like the Keurig, bottled water, and toiletries. Even noticed a few ponchos in the game closet! Overall, a clean, cozy spot and a great place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

This place was absolutely PERFECT!! Exactly what we needed for our vacation! So spacious and comfy! The beds were the bomb! Even the twin beds were amazing! Games. All the kitchen items you could need! Beach towels. Oscillating fans in both rooms. So accommodating! Even new, unopened toothbrushes and razors!! So close to everything in Historic Downtown Sanford! We Loved it!! Will definitely stay here on our next Annual Trip to Florida! Thank you so much Kristin for all the communication and being such an amazing host!!

Super cute historical home in such a groovy little town with a fun downtown area. There was an adorable porch with lights, and everything was walkable. Oh, and a white noise machine. Great place!

We stayed for 5 nights in order to attend a wedding in Sanford. We loved the location close to breweries and places to eat. We did not have a rental vehicle and got everywhere we needed by foot or Uber/Lyft. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Down to the nice big umbrella we used the last night we were there as it was pouring out! We liked hanging out on the front porch, which is also where I practiced yoga two mornings. We also loved the bed; it was amazingly comfortable!! If you’re thinking of staying, don’t hesitate at all!

The house was great! Great location! Comfortable adjustable beds. The owner, Kristin, was amazing! Super responsive, friendly, and thought of everything we might need. If I thought of something I wanted, I opened a cabinet and there it was! She even went to the house to leave an extra beach towel for us before we arrived. I’d give her more stars if I could. Highly recommend!
