Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered so you can pack lighter in 2025!

Welcome to our cozy beach cottage just one block off scenic 30A, just a 2 minute WALK to your beach access with restrooms, right across from Stinky’s Fish Camp. (Stinky's Bait Shack hosts FREE Bingo every Sunday in The Shack from 4PM - 6PM. With live music starting at 7pm!) This home has that laid back Old Florida charm, with 4 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sun room, garage, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

The rooftop deck with Gulf views and large fenced backyard with a heated pool, playground, putting green, and fire pit make it the ultimate spot for families or groups. We have 8 beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, skim board, and extra coolers. Ice for your cooler? Say no more. Use our ice machine in the garage to gear up for the beach. Traveling with little ones? You’ll find a double bob stroller, high chair, 2 pack-n-plays, a basket of toys, baby pool floats, padded play mat for indoors, sound machine, and more available upon request. We have a baby gate for the pool, and plenty of space for pets with approval and a small fee. (Please clean up after your pets! Pet waste bags are in the garage)

Sleeping arrangements include:
• 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 Kings and 2 Queens
• A spacious master suite upstairs with a King bed
• A bonus room with a twin over twin trundle
• Plus an extra twin mattress you can place anywhere

There’s a tankless water heater for endless hot showers, and the garage has electric if you’re bringing a golf cart. Note: taller carts may not clear the garage. We recommend a gas golf cart for longer rides so you never have to worry about charging.

The beach access is super convenient with stairs and a ramp, parking, and nearby food and coffee options. Stinky’s Bait Shack is perfect for a breakfast run or midday snack. 10 minutes or less away: The Vue, Shunk Gulley, Pizza By The Sea, Perfect Pig, Shelby’s Beach Bar, 3 Sons Barbecue, Coastal Coffee & Cafe, Bayou Bill’s Crab House, Donut Hole, First Watch, Los Rancheros, Publix, Walmart, and MORE!!

This property is a gem. We had everything we needed from the time we got there until the moment we left. The house is adorable and the back yard was amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. We loved this home!

Great location! We did have a LSV and it took 1 minute driveway to beach and we always found parking! It was great to not have sandy toddlers in the rental car. Good restaurants nearby. The pool and playground equipment was a big hit with the kids! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures except trying to get the sunset on the rooftop deck.

Location, location, location. We fell in love with this peaceful little neighborhood, it feels like home, yet it’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Funny enough, I actually showed this house to a client a year before my parents bought it because it reminded me so much of our own family. It just felt right. The neighborhood is cozy and familiar… until you step to the end of the driveway or up on the deck and catch a glimpse of the gulf. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living.

Fully fenced and designed for fun and relaxation, it has a large putting green, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, comfy seating, and a cozy fire pit. It’s the kind of outdoor setup that truly sets us apart.
