The location is great. Convenient to reaching anything in Kona and right on the water. We enjoyed listening to the waves every day and being able to sit right next to them on the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there was a lot of beach gear in the condo which was amazing to have. The complex itself was very quiet and relaxing. The AC was great when we needed to cool down.While the condo was fairly clean in most areas, the floors were really dirty and left black marks on our feet. We arrived after a long day of travel and wanted to just sleep, but the sheets in the primary bedroom had not been changed. There were hairs all over the sheets and stains. The good news is that there was an extra sheet set so we were able to swap them out, but it was the last thing we wanted to do at 11 pm. Despite making sure all food was put away and cleaning up well after ourselves, we did find a few roaches roaming about the kitchen. I know it's Hawai'i and they can be common, but that's not something we've had to deal with in any of the other rentals we've stayed in Hawai'i.

A wonderful property just as advertised. Only recommendation is to fix the dishwasher. It did not look safe to use so we hand washed dishes. Otherwise the property is fabulous

This condo was a fabulous place to stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation. We stayed here for a week with two teenagers. The location was fairly central to everything. The complex was well maintained and parking was always easy and close. The unit was equipped with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony was incredible. We enjoyed all of our meals from there. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and quick dry beach towels provided for use were a huge bonus! The beds and pillows were ok. The towels were all nice and fluffy. The master bath floor of the tub did creak a lot when you showered but it was a minor issue. We did not use the pool, hot tub or bbq area, but the area did seem very nice with a great view. Overall I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Would love to stay here again in the future!
