Loved this spot. We were walking distance to a couple restaurants, but best of all, had a straight shot from our living room straight to the pool and beach. Host provided 4 beach chairs and some floats for fun in the pool.

Fantastic beach stay

The house was great, perfectly placed right on the beach to watch the sun sets while eating dinner on the back patio by the pool. It had plenty of room for everyone we brought with us. We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Amazing views from inside the house on all the different levels. Loved the private balconies. Water pressure was low in master bath and we all ran out of hot water frequently. A lot of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Very minor things. Overall we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location with a great beach view, and the beach is literally right out the back yard. Lanie was wonderful to work with and incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The home is a great size and had plenty of room for our entire family. It is a beautiful house and very well set up overall.A couple small notes for future guests. Some outlets were loose and did not hold chargers well, and the bar across the street can be noisy until around 11 pm, which made it a bit harder for the kids to stay asleep. That said, the pros definitely outweighed the few cons. We would absolutely stay here again and really enjoyed our time.

Just Beachy had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental, however after our trip there some things that need addressed: several outlets were worn out and nothing would stay plugged in, switches outside the the kitchen were loose not attached to the box just the cover plate, a shock or fire hazard, the pool area had several blocks out of place creating a trip hazard, the gas grill was cheap and dirty and didn’t work properly, the top floor bedroom had a piece of plywood between the mattress and box springs, on one bed, obviously worn out, the floor in that bathroom was spongy in places, the carpet in bedrooms and on the stairs was dirty and full of sand, who has carpet in a beach house rental? They could have supplied more towels, we had to wash them to make it through a week stay, they only supplied four coffee cups for a rental that can sleep twenty, the stairs leading down to the pool area had two facia boards broken. I know you’re not going to find the perfect rental with no flaws but the price you pay for this place, most of these are easy fixes. I also noticed that the price to rent this place next year same time went up by 2000. I probably won’t be back!

Beautiful house on the beach

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The location is a bit noisy at night with the bar across the street. However still great location to get to all the near by attractions. The grill on the deck is not useable it’s so rusty the grates are falling apart I could not use it. The pool was nice and just the right size. You can’t beat being able to walk right out to the beach and play. We also loved the balconies.

Vacation March 2025

The location of the property is great. We loved the direct access to the beach. It's a perfect location for those who don't want to be near all the attractions but not far away and can reach everything within a few minutes. The downside to our stay is a rat greeted us upon arrival. We found where we thought it (they) were coming in an stuffed the hole and put out rat traps. We didn't want this to ruin our trip. Also, the cleaners left all sorts of trash under beds and the pool definitely needs a thorough cleaning. There is a lot of sand at the bottom. Be advised, the hot water heater will not accommodate the amount of guests this property holds. Everyone complained of hot water only lasting about 2 minutes into your shower and this is even if only one person is taking a shower. I would also recommend removing the carpet. Carpet in a beach property is not a good idea.Overall this is a good place, A few things just need to be addressed.
