Room was clean and the view of the water along with the sound of the waves coming in was great. Within walking distance to just about everything, so there was no need to jump in the vehicle and fight to find parking spaces. We would definitely book again.

The staff was unfriendly. The condo eas not clean. The refrigerator did not work and had to be replaced. The replacement icemaker did not work but i was told it did.The Pool was not open till 9am each morning but was supposed to be open at 7am. Very small pool. Overall not great place.

The room was clean and nice. The view was beautiful. We took our grandchildren to see the gulf for the first time and we all had an excellent time. We even spent time in the pool. The beach was wonderful and sand so white. Thank you and definitely will be back!

Beach-goers

Loved the online check-in and keyless entry - went super smooth! It’s a cute condo, older, but cute and the wall color reminded me of my grandmother’s house back in the 60’s. Nice view of the beach. Plenty of towels and linens, and the bed was SUPER comfy. The furniture was well used and surprisingly sturdy and comfy. Would’ve loved a newer shower head. Overall a good stay.

Amazing property

This property was perfect and had everything we needed. Everything was amazing and I have zero complaints about the stay. The only thing I wish would have been communicated was that the event staff for Sand in my boots fest was working right in front of our hotel and no one mentioned that during booking. There were bulldozers, forklifts and loud noises everytime we went on the beach. We made the best of it and drove down a little ways to escape the noise but otherwise I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

Great Location

Great Location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Great view of the gulf. Negatives: They turn back the refrigerator and it takes overnight to cool down before you can use it. Be prepared to make a Walmart run as very little is provided in the unit if you're going to do any cooking. The living room furniture is aged to the point that it's uncomfortable.

Short weekend

For a short weekend at the beach and the Wharf, this condo was the perfect location. Easily walkable to great family friendly restaurants and a short drive to OWA when the weather wasn't great for a beach day. The condo was clean and the photos were spot-on. We didn't need much service but the service was accessible and helpful as well.

Spring break getaway

Me, the wife, and two daughters (5 years and 7 months) had a blast. Like how the hangout is so close for me and the wife to get food and drinks. Also the pink pony hub is real close, they just have a long wait. We don’t drink so going and grabbing virgin pina coladas and daiquiris to run back to the pool and room is real easy. Beach access is super nice too. You’re literally on the beach. We really enjoyed the stay. Warning though if you don’t like music being played while you’re on the balcony due to the hangout. But when you close the doors you don’t hear it. Didn’t bother us one bit but I know how some people can be about that.

Great Vibe!

The condo was cute and the view amazing!! This was perfect for a couple or small family. Very quick access to the beach and close to some shops for fun stuff. There are two restaurants practically on the property. Good times all the way around! Don’t miss out on this one!
